信息不对称对国际航运市场的影响及对策分析

【摘要】 信息不对称是人类生活的基本事实。从传统的农业市场到现代的证券金融市场都有信息不对称的存在,航运市场也不例外。在信息不对称理论广泛应用于保险金融市场的情况下,本文试着用信息的视角来观察航运市场中诸多现象和问题,以案例的形式说明信息不对称所导致的逆向选择和道德风险正是产生这些现象和问题的根源。分析问题有了新的视角那么解决问题也就有了新的方法,对于如何减轻或消除航运市场的信息不对称,如何减轻或避免逆向选择和道德风险,尤其是海事欺诈,本文在最后的对策部分进行了初步的探讨,以期能有抛砖引玉的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Asymmetrical information is a fact in human life. It exists in from traditional agriculture market to security market, without the exception of shipping market.While the theory of asymmetrical information being extensively applied in insurance and finance market, this paper tries to analyze the phenomenon and problems in shipping market with the view of information, and prove by cases that indirect selection and moral risk caused by asymmetrical information are finally responsible for them.New approach could be concluded after new viewpoint used to analyze the problem. Latter of this paper makes tentative probe of countermeasures about how to lighten or eliminate asymmetrical information in shipping market and how to lighten or avoid indirect selection and moral risk especially the marine fraud, which intends to start further discussion on this issue.更多还原
