基于遗传算法的沟槽型VARTM工艺优化设计

【摘要】 VARTM(Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding,真空辅助树脂传递模塑成型)工艺是一种低成本液体复合材料成型技术,本文基于遗传算法优化理论对VARTM工艺用树脂配方体系和沟槽型VARTM工艺的沟槽参数(沟槽深度H、沟槽宽度W和沟槽间距d)的进行了优化研究,并编制了相应的遗传算法优化程序。本文首先根据VARTM对树脂体系的要求,选用了环氧树脂作为基体树脂,进而选用了相应的两种胺类固化剂(300#低分子聚酰胺和改性胺TM)和活性稀释剂(501),并计算了300#低分子聚酰胺和混合胺的理论用量,参照理论用量选定了树脂体系各组分的用量范围,采用均匀设计的方法设计实验方案,并对实验数据进行多元回归分析,建立了粘度、低粘度平台时间、拉伸强度和弯曲强度的回归方程,利用回归方程建立目标函数,并通过数学变换转化为适应度函数,基于遗传算法以适应度函数为评价标准,对目标函数进行优化,求得最优的配方体系:温度为39℃,300#低分子聚酰胺(TY-300)质量分数为8份,改性胺TM质量分数为11份,稀释剂501质量分数为11份。沟槽型VARTM工艺的沟槽参数(沟槽深度H、沟槽宽度W和沟槽间距d)的设计决定充模时间的长短,本文选定一种沟槽布局,利用等效渗透率和达西定律,建立了充模时间与沟槽参数之间的非解析函数关系,并选定充模时间最小为目标函数,在此基础上利用遗传算法对沟槽参数进行了优化设计,求得最佳的沟槽参数尺寸:沟槽深度H为5mm、沟槽宽度W为10mm和沟槽间距25mm。对比了VARTM工艺与RTM工艺成型的三维机织复合材料制件的拉伸性能和弯曲性能,测试结果表明VARTM工艺成型的三维机织复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能接近RTM工艺成型的三维机织复合材料的水平,因此利用低成本的VARTM成型工艺可以成型性能优异的复合材料制件。
【Abstract】 VARTM (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) is a low cost liquid composite molding process. In this paper, the optimization design of the resin system suitable for VARTM and grooves’ parameters such as: width, depth and spacing of grooves for VARTM process based on grooves was studied, and optimization procedures were composed by means of GA theory.According to the requirement of resin system for VARTM process, E51 epoxy resin was chosen as matrix resin, and proceed to fixing two kinds of curing agents,of which one is TY-300 and the other is TM and 501 active dilute. The preliminary range of components were aquired by taking advangtage of theretic caculating equations for quantities of curing agents. The experimental plan was setted by uniform design method, and the regression equations like viscidity, processing window, tensile strength and flexural strength was got as GA’s target function, the optimized results are as follows: temperature of resin is 39℃, mass portion of TY-300 is 8, mass portion of TM is 11, mass portion of 501 is 11.The filling time was due to the groove’s parameters of VARTM process based on grooves, so target function was established by equivalent infiltrate rate and Darcy law expressing the relation between the filling time and H, W, d, under the chosen overall of grooves. The function of minimum filling time was used to optimize H, W, d , the optimum Groove’s parameters are as follows: H=5mm,W=10, d=25mm.By contrast of tensile strength and flexural strength of molding 3D woven perform separately using VARTM and RTM, the results show that tensile strength and flexural strength of VARTM process are close to RTM by molding 3D woven composite, so , the low cost VARTM process can mold high property composites.
