基于LabVIEW的飞机防滑刹车控制器测试系统设计

【摘要】 飞机防滑刹车控制器测试系统是飞机防滑刹车控制器的主要试验和测试手段,通过模拟飞机在刹车过程中的运动状态,实现飞机防滑刹车控制器功能检测,提高了飞机防滑刹车控制器检测的快速性和自动化程度。 论文分析了防滑刹车控制系统的工作原理和结构组成,根据防滑刹车控制器的功能要求,结合虚拟测试技术,确定了防滑刹车控制器测试系统的总体方案设计,重点介绍了飞机防滑刹车控制器测试系统的设计思想和总体策略,并分硬件和软件两部分详细的阐述了防滑刹车控制器测试系统的实现过程。 飞机防滑刹车控制器测试系统由上、下位机组成,下位机采用80C196KB为核心处理芯片,完成了信号的模拟和数据采集,并通过RS232总线完成了与上位机间的通信,实现了测试结果的上位机显示。测试系统下位机软件的开发利用WAVE6000集成开发环境,采用了C语言和汇编语言混合编程方式,运用模块化的设计思想,提高了编程效率。上位机软件利用美国NI公司的LabVIEW图形化编程语言,使用数据流编程方法来描述程序的执行,设计了一系列子VIS,便于系统的调试和功能扩展。 通过系统试验,飞机防滑刹车控制器测试系统的设计达到预期目标,可以满足飞机防滑刹车控制器静态性能测试的要求。

【Abstract】 The anti-skid braking controller test system is the main instrument of test and experiment for anti-skid braking controller. Utilizing its accurate simulation of the braked vehicle’s movement, it is possible to test the performance of the controller. What is more, it brings higher efficiency and reliability.Firstly, the paper narrated the working principles and constitutes of the anti-skid braking system. According to the function of the anti-skid braking controller, the overall strategy of the testing system was designed with the virtual testing technologies. Secondly, the realization process of the anti-skid braking controller testing system was introduced in details both in hardware and software.The test system consists of the MCU system and PC. The MCU system using the microprocessor 80C196KB as the core disposal chip can simulate the signals, acquire data, actualize serial port communication with the PC by RS232 and display the signals on PC. The bottom software based on WAVE6000 integrated developing environment was programmed by C and assembly language in modularization, which improved the readability, testability and portability. The test software was compiled in LabVIEW, which is developed by National Instruments (NI) and has a good man-machine interface. The description of series of VIS for adjustment and function expandable ability is also given in depth.According to the results of testing, the test system can achieve the designed requirements, satisfy the requests of airplane braking system controller examination, and enhance the test efficiency and reliability.
