电力系统无功电压紧急分域的研究

【摘要】 伴随电力工业的快速发展,电力网络迅速扩大,电压稳定问题日益突出。研究紧急状态下的控制分域以及控制策略,对保证电压质量、提高系统电压稳定性、避免恶性电压崩溃事故的发生,具有特别重要的意义。本文针对无功电压紧急分域问题进行了以下研究:深入分析电力系统电压稳定裕度与节点电压幅值的关系。由于在系统电压处于紧急状态下,只考虑控制负荷节点电压水平的恢复,并不能保证电力系统静态电压稳定裕度满足要求,因而,本文给出了考虑静态电压稳定裕度的无功电压紧急分域新方法。将系统电压稳定裕度作为紧急分域的目标之一。在分域过程中综合考虑控制节点的无功电压灵敏度、调节裕度、优先级和稳定裕度灵敏度四项指标,并采用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重。提出将控制节点的四项指标合成一项指标的新方法。给出控制距离的概念,并依据控制距离确定以故障节点位中心的紧急控制域。采用IEEE39节点和IEEE16节点的标准系统算例,验证本文提出的紧急分域方法的合理性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of power industry and continuous extension of power system, the problem of voltage stability is becoming increasingly serious. The control partition and control policy for the voltage emergency are of great importance not only to voltage quality guarantee but also enhancing static voltage stability and avoiding voltage collapse incident.The main investigation problem about emergency partition is as follow: The relationship of voltage magnitude and static voltage stability margin is analyzed in details. Voltage magnitude within a specified margin does not imply voltage stability under heavy loads conditions. So, a new method of the emergency control partition considering voltage stability margin is given.In this dissertation, it is considered as an important objective of emergency control and emergency partition to enhance static voltage stability margin. Four indexes are synthetically considered in the method, which are the voltage sensitivity of control node, control margin, priority of the node and sensitivity of stability margin. The synthetic weight of four indexes is determined through the analytic hierarchy process.A new method is presented to combine four indexes into one. A concept named control distance is presented. based on the control distance, emergency partition centered around the fault node is completed.Through the example of IEEE39 and IEEE16 typical system,the availability of the discussed methods in this dissertation is approved.
