微生物源性抗氧化剂对动物繁殖性能和自由基代谢的影响

【摘要】 目的:本试验通过微生物源性抗氧化剂和LPS对机体自由基代谢水平进行调控,研究微生物源性抗氧化剂、自由基代谢和机体繁殖性能的关系,探讨自由基水平对机体的生长发育、器官发育以及性发育等的影响,从而实现通过营养调控技术提高机体的繁殖性能。方法:试验一选用64只70日龄的健康SD大鼠,每组16只,雌雄各半,随机分成对照组和3个试验组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,在基础日粮水平上,试验1组在饮水中添加微生物源性抗氧化剂,试验2组通过腹腔注射内毒素制造大鼠机体损伤模型,试验3组既添加微生物源性抗氧化剂又腹腔注射内毒素,做机体损伤修复模型。试验期间观察各个组的生长情况,计算雄鼠脏器系数并做精子分析,测定雌鼠的产仔性能和生育综合指数、大鼠血清中的SOD、MDA、NO,以及雌鼠FSH和E2的浓度。试验二选择妊娠80天的经产母猪80头,随机分成4个处理组,分别在基础日粮中添加微生物源性抗氧化剂0mg/kg、1000mg/kg、2000mg/kg、3000mg/kg,研究微生物源性抗氧化剂对母猪繁殖性能和自由基代谢的影响。结果:注射LPS的大鼠日增重明显下降,脾脏重量系数降低;血清中SOD活力降低,MDA含量增加,并产生大量的NO;雌鼠雌二醇

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to investigate the relationship among microbiotic antioxidant、free radical metabolism and reproductive ability, to discuss free radical metabolism influence the body growth as well as the development of organs. The level of microbiotic antioxidant and free radical metabolism were regulated. So we can enhance the reproduction performance through the nutrition regulation.Methods: The first experiment selected sixty four 70-day SD rats, which were randomly divided into four groups: one control group and three experiment groups. The control group was fed a basal diet. At the basal diet lever, Group 1 was supplied microbiotic antioxidant in the drinking water, Group 2 was injected endotoxin through intraperitoneal injection to establish organism damage model and group 3 was added microbiotic antioxidant as well as injected endotoxin to establish a body repair model.
