中小互联网公司人力资源管理研究

【摘要】 人力资源完全区别于资本、设备等传统资产,成为高科技公司最重要的资产,这一观点已成为普遍的共识。这一资源如何有效地发挥组织效力和效率,是摆在互联网行业管理者面前的重要课题。解决这一课题,需要思考和分析“行业”与“从业人群”,才能从整体宏观上理解和把握如何开展互联网产业的人力资源管理工作。当前互联网经济所起到的作用日益凸现,中小型的互联网公司是最具有创新能力的公司,是最先进的生产力和最具活力的经营机制的有机结合,而如何获得长期生存与持续发展的动力和能力,是其在竞争中面临的严峻课题。因此,运用人力资源管理的一般理论和方法,研究中小互联网公司人力资源管理的特殊性,正是本课题形成的主要动因。本文通过对国内外人力资源管理理论的研究,结合我国的人力资源管理特点及互联网公司的特殊性提出了适合我国中小互联网公司的人才流动模式与激励机制,希望能为我国互联网公司的人力资源管理提供相关的理论支持。

【Abstract】 The Human Resources completely distinguish traditional property and so on the capital, equipment, becoming the high tech enterprises’most important property. The viewpoint for the importance of human resource has become the universal recognition. How to effectively take advantage of the resources’organization potency and efficiency, is an important topic for Internet- Business operators. To solve this problem, we need to ponder and analyze the industry and the employees of internet business; then we are able to understand and grasp the way to develop the human resources management of internet business from an overall macro perspective. Currently the importance of Internet economy is increasing. Those medium and small companies of Internet industry are the enterprises which have the best innovative abilities, and they are the organic combination of the most developed productivity and the most flexible operating mechanism. How to obtain the motivation and ability for continual development, is a rigorous topic for those SMEs to compete in internet industry. Therefore, to research the characteristics of human resources management for SMEs in internet industry based on the general theories and methodologies of human resource management, is the main motivation of this thesis. Based on the research of theories of human resource management, including Chinese and international theories, the thesis is to propose some motivation mechanisms and employees-flow models which are suitable to Chinese SMEs of internet industry, combining the characters of Chinese human resource management and internet companies. The thesis is to provide the support of some related theories for Chinese enterprises in Internet industry.
