急性上腔静脉梗阻对兔脑影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:观察在一定时间内兔上腔静脉急性梗阻对兔脑的影响,为下一步上腔静脉综合症手术方案的设计和改进提供实验依据。 方法:实验兔20只,随机分为两组,A组:仅行单纯的开胸手术,并不结扎上腔静脉;B组:开胸后结扎上腔静脉两小时,后放开上腔静脉一小时。在相应时间段对兔脑电图,脑血流观察。并在相应时间取兔血行S100B蛋白检测。最后开颅取兔脑组织行光镜和电镜的观察。 结果:两组术前脑血流,脑电图,S100B蛋白均无明显差异(P>0.05),在结扎上腔静脉的120分钟B组兔脑血流下降,放开结扎的上腔静脉兔脑血流上升;试验过程中两组兔脑电图无明显差异;S100B蛋白检测两组无明显差异。脑组织学检测B组可见轻度淤血水肿,未见神经细胞明显坏死。 结论:在兔上腔静脉急性结扎两小时内,兔脑未受到不可逆的损伤。为下一步上腔静脉综合症手术方案的改进和设计提供了实验依据。

【Abstract】 Objective :To observe the effect of acute SVC clamp on rabbit’s brain, and provide experimental foundation for operational scheme of SVCS. Methods: Twenty adult rabbits were divided randomly into two groups. In groupA (n=10),the rabbits have only been operation without blocking system svc .In group B(n=10), SVC had been blocked for two hours after operation, and opened again for one hour. The regional cerebral blood flow, electroencephalogram, and s100B protein were monitored during the corresponding period of time. In the end, the histological appearances of the brain tissue were observed under microscopic and electron microscope examination.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in cerebral blood flow, electroencephalogram and s100B protein before operation(p>0.05).After operation,the cerebral blood flow decreased during clamping time, and increased after unblocking.
