膛内环境信息采集处理系统的设计及其识别算法的研究

【摘要】 引信安全系统是引信的重要组成部分,是整个武器系统发挥效用的关键所在。本课题在引信安全系统环境识别理论研究的基础上,进行弹丸加速度信息的采集与处理系统的设计,识别发射环境,解决引信的小型化、一致性的难题,用于引信安全系统中,以保证引信的安全性和可靠性。 论文对弹道环境信息识别理论进行了研究,介绍了几种环境信息识别方法,通过分析得出了环境采集处理系统选用的识别方法:阈值+时间窗的环境识别方法。论文介绍了MEMS高g值加速度传感器,并进行了传感器性能的测试、筛选和灵敏度的标定。结合MEMS高g值加速度传感器和环境识别处理算法进行基于MSP430F449单片机的环境采集处理系统的设计。并进行膛内和碰目标时两次加速度信息的采集以及信号识别处理算法的模拟验证。

【Abstract】 The safety and arming system is one of the important parts of the fuze, and is the key of the whole arm to go into the most effect .A environment information gather and process system is designed based on the theories of the fuze environments identify .in this thesis .The purpose of the design is to identify the launch environment, solve the difficult problem of the miniaturization and coherence of the fuze. It wants to be used in the safety and arming system of the fuze to insure the security and reliability of the fuze.The theories of the ballistic environment information identify is researched in thesis. Then some kinds of means of the environments identify are introduced, and the best way used in the system—threshold-time-gate, is chose through analysis. MEMS high g value sensor is also introduced in thesis ,and the suitable sensors are chose according to the request of the safety and arming system of the fuze ,which have been tested .Then sensitivity.of these sensors is demarcated. Based on MSP430F449 one-chip computer, combined with the MEMS sensor and the arithmetic of environment information identify, environment information and process system is designed, and the feasibility of gathering acceleration twice and the arithmetic are validated by simulation.
