基于3S技术的黄河三角洲林业规划设计

【摘要】 环境与发展是当今社会面临的两大主题,人们愈来愈认识到林业以及林业生态环境建设的可持续发展在社会经济中的基础地位和保障作用。黄河三角洲的林业发展也越来越受到当地政府的重视。遥感(RS)技术作为一种监测手段,全球定位系统(GPS)作为一种定位手段,与地理信息系统(GIS)技术相结合,对于综合各种土壤数据以及环境数据从宏观上研究黄河三角洲林业规划非常有效。基于这一背景,应用3S技术对黄河三角洲林业规划进行研究,不仅可以为黄河三角洲的“速生杨—纸浆一体化”项目提供理论依据,而且可以为黄河三角洲地区实施可持续发展战略服务。 本文以遥感影像数据、地形数据、土壤数据、水文统计数据等为主要数据源,以3S技术为支撑,对黄河三角洲林业规划着重研究了以下几个方面的内容: (1)土壤含盐量分析。应用地统计学的方法,对黄河三角洲区域30~40cm和90~100cm两个土层的土壤含盐量进行了空间变异特征分析,并对土壤8大离子的空间相关性进行了分析,利用GIS的地统计分析功能深入剖析了土壤含盐量空间分布格局以及影响其分布的因素。为林业规划提供了可靠的数据基础。 (2)黄河三角洲林地适宜性分析。以黄河三角洲各种土壤数据、地形数据和水文数据为基础,利用层次分析法确定了各参评因子的权重,运用综合指数法模型确定指标分类标准,结合GIS空间分析功能对黄河三角洲林地适宜性进行了分析,得出了黄河三角洲宜林地等级图。 (3)盐碱地造林探讨。查阅各地方的盐碱地造林技术及其经验总结,再结合黄河三角洲区域的实际情况,提出了适合黄河三角洲的造林方法,其中包括造林季节、造林密度和树种配置等。并为黄河三角洲设计了8种树种配置方式供规划选择。 (4)盐土林业规划。以宜林地等级图和黄河三角洲现状为依据,划分了林业规划单元,以最小规划单元为目标结合黄河三角洲树种配置进行了黄河三角洲盐土林业规划。

【Abstract】 The environment and development are two topics today. We more and more realized significance of Forestry to social economy. The leaders of Dongying municipality Shandong province, think much of developing Forestry in the Yellow River Delta. As a kind of monitoring method, Remote Sensing technology (RS), as a kind of position method, Global Positioning System (GPS), both were combined with Geographic Information System (GIS), which is a very useful tool for studying the Forestry Programming Planning in the Yellow River Delta. Under this background, the study on Forestry Programming Planning there through the technology of 3S can’t only provide the foundation to "populus-paper plup" but also serve for the sustainable development of the Yellow River Delta.Under supports of 3S, multi-temporal Remote Sensing data, terrain data and hydrological data were applied to the study on the Forestry Programming Planning in the Yellow River Delta, which included the following main parts:(1) Study on soil salt content. The spatial Variability characters of two soil layers (30-40cm, 90-100cm) and the spatial correlation for soil ions in the Yellow River Delta was analyzed by geostatistical method. We analyzed the spatial distribution pattern of soil salt content by geostatistical functions of GIS. At the same time, the affected factors on soil salt content were studied. Above research results provide credible data for Forestry Programming Planning.(2) The forest land suitability in the Yellow River Delta. We calculated the weights of every appraisable factor by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and chose categorical standard by the integration index model based on the soil data, terrain data and hydrological data in the Yellow River Delta. The forest suitable level map was created with spatial analyst of GIS in the Yellow River Delta.(3) Discussion on salina forestation. Method of forestation was designed from the literatures about Salina forestation technologies according to the Yellow River Delta environment.(4) Salina forestry programming planning. According to the forest suitable level map and the situations in the Yellow River Delta, forestry programming unit was partitioned. Using the smallest program unit finished salina forestry programming planning in the Yellow River Delta.
