产品快速配置设计技术研究及其在除尘器行业中的应用

【摘要】 大批量定制(MC,Mass Customization)已成为信息时代的重要生产方式,产品配置设计是实现大批量定制的关键技术之一。产品数据管理(PDM,Product Data Managemem)则为产品快速配置设计实现提供了信息集成平台。本文对产品配置设计技术在除尘器制造行业中的应用进行了研究,建立了布袋除尘器产品族配置模型,并结合实际项目,开发了除尘器产品快速配置设计系统(JHMC系统),并在企业得到成功实施。 第一章概述了国内外除尘器制造业中除尘器设计技术研究现状,并讨论了产品配置设计技术的研究现状和内容,结合实际项目,本章最后分析了除尘器制造企业面临的问题和信息化需求,在此基础上提出了布袋除尘器产品快速配置设计技术的研究内容,并给出本文的组织结构。 第二章首先分析了物料编码原则,提出了多码段物料编码模型。本章还研究了布袋除尘器产品数据组织模型和产品结构模型,讨论了DBOM、MBOM等主要BOM之间区别和关系,在分析了BOM数据存储模型的基础上,研究了工程图纸明细表提取方法和BOM快速重构算法,最后讨论了物料清单的统计方法。 第三章讨论了布袋除尘器的模块化设计,在分析产品族结构的基础上提出了布袋除尘器产品族配置模型,讨论了基于功能结构单元的产品配置模板的建立,并对布袋除尘器产品的配置规则作了深入分析,最后给出了基于规则的产品配置求解方法。 第四章主要讨论配置设计和项目管理、图档管理、工作流管理之间的集成。研究了项目驱动下的产品配置设计过程管理,给出了配置设计项目管理数据模型。本章还研究了产品配置设计与图档管理、工作流管理关系,讨论了产品设计过程中的人员图档权限控制,以及设计过程中的工作流程管理,最后给出了集成环境下的除尘器产品快速配置设计实现过程。 第五章介绍除尘器快速配置设计系统的系统平台、总体结构框架,并介绍了项目管理、配置管理、图档管理、产品数据管理等主要功能模块功能。 第六章总结了本文研究成果与特色,并对除尘器快速配置设计系统研究的进一步工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Mass Customization (MC) has become an important manufacture mode ininformation times. Product Configuration Design is a key method for realizing masscustomization. Product Data Management (PDM) can offer an information integratedsystem platform for fast configuration design. The paper researches on configurationdesign technology in dust-catcher manufacturing, in order to build a product familyconfiguration model of dust-catcher. Through a practical project, the Dust-catcherProduct Fast Configuration Design System is developed and well implemented in adust-catcher manufacture enterprise.In the first chapter, current research situation of design technology in dust-catchermanufacture is discussed, and research of the product configuration design technologyis reviewed. Based on a practical project, a dust-catcher manufacture enterprise’current problems and IT solutions is analyzed. Finally, the research content and theframe of dissertation are presented.In the second chapter, the material coding method is researched and a multi-segmentcoding model is given out. Then the product data organizing model and the structuremodel of dust-catcher are built, and deference and relation between SBOM, DBOMand MBOM is discussed. Further, the algorism to rebuild BOM by getting informationfrom engineering drawings is analyzed, and the statistic method of material in BOM isgiven out.In the third chapter, after analyzing the modularity design and product family ofdust-catcher, a product family configuration model of dust-catcher is given out. Basedon the model, the product configuration temple is built comprising of functionstructure units, the configuration rule for dust-catcher is deeply analyzed, andconfiguration solving way is given.In the fourth chapter, the integrating technology between configuration design andproject management, document management is discussed, the project driven designingprocess management is researched by the project management data modeling. Thenthe relation between configuration and document management and workflowmanagement is also researched, by discussing the designer’s authority control ofdocuments and the workflow application in designing process.In the fifth chapter, the Dust-catcher Fast Configuration Design System is introduced,including its system platform, function framework, and main modules, such as projectmanagement, configuration, document management, product data management.In the last chapter, the research result of the paper is summarized, the researchdirection the Dust-catcher Configuration Design System is prospected.
