【摘要】 高校体育无形资产作为高校无形资产的重要组成部分,已日益成为人们关注的现实问题,其开发的深度和广度将直接影响到高校体育产业的发展前景。本研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,就当前我国高校体育无形资产开发现状展开了深入的调查和系统分析,结果显示:经过十几年的发展,我国高校体育无形资产在原有的基础上已经取得了一定的发展,从无到有,从点到面,目前能够进行体育无形资产开发的高校比例已经达到81.31%。有的学校通过产业开发,达到了以馆养馆,合理安置了部分就业人员,发挥了师资力量优势。部分高校弥补了学校体育经费不足的状况,推动了学校体育工作的全面发展,并积极地带动了社区体育活动的开展,对全民健身计划的实施起到了良好地推动作用,取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。调查结果显示,目前我国高校体育无形资产开发中还存在一系列的问题,主要表现在:高校体育无形资产开发程度较低,开发内容比较少,主要停留在体育场馆租赁权方面,没有充分挖掘高校体育无形资产的内在潜力,开发收益项目和数额较少,真正应该收益的一些重要项目没能显现出应有的能量;高校体育无形资产管理相对滞后;高校体育无形资产监督与评价体制形同虚设。影响我国高校体育无形资产开发的因素是多方面的,主要集中在:缺少专业化的管理人才、管理制度不健全、管理机制不完善、认识不足、法律法规不明确等等。研究认为,我国高校体育无形资产开发必须确立科学的指导思想,即从我国内外发展环境和发展潜力的实际出发,以高校体育产业发展为依托,以市场的需求为导向,与高校体育有形资产相协调,以体制改革为突破口,纵向分阶段推进。主要应从以下两个方面入手:一是进一步加大体育无形资产开发的力度,特别是知识型体育无形资产的发展;二是强化体育无形资产的科学管理,最大限度地挖掘我国高校体育无形资产的内在效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 University’s sports intangible assets, as an important component of university’s intangible assets, has increasingly become a real problem that people concern about, whose breadth and depth of developing will directly affect the evolution prospects of college’s P.E. industry. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, etc, this research carries on deep investigation and system analysis about the present developing situation of current university’s sports intangible assets in our country, whose outcome displays: with the growth of more than ten years, our university’s sports intangible assets based on the former, from nonexistence to existence and from point to surface, has achieved a certain progress, presently, the proportion of colleges which are capable of developing sports intangible assets have reached 81.31 percent. Some of them by industry development reasonably arranged a part of employment staff, raised teachers’living pay and exerted potential of teaching force, which have attained the purpose of having gymnasium sustain itself.
