丁家屋子高凝油析蜡熔蜡规律及对策研究

【摘要】 稠油作为一种重要的资源早就引起人们的重视,但其固有的组成的复杂性和不同地区的多样性,使得对稠油化学组成及结构的研究变得十分困难,尽管国内外的研究者应用各种现代分析测试手段做了大量工作,取得了一些成果,但对具体的稠油开采及运输仍缺少实际有效的指导。 本文以胜利油田丁家屋子油区不同类型的稠油样品为工作重点,采用较为先进的分析测试手段,对其化学组成和物理性质进行了较系统地分析研究,并以该油区王140-1井油样为重点进行了高凝原油析蜡熔蜡规律研究,揭示了蜡质对原油流变性的影响规律。为该油区的原油开采和清防蜡等后续工作提供了大量的实验数据和理论依据。 研究表明,王140-1井油样含蜡量和胶质沥青质总量为50.23%;王131井油样含蜡量和胶质沥青质总量为69.89%;王132井油样含蜡量和胶质沥青质总量为65.52%。表明丁家屋子地区稠油属典型的超稠油。 矿化度的升高和固体颗粒的加入会使得原油析蜡点升高,约升高2.5-4℃,轻质油和有机溶剂的加入会使得原油析蜡点下降,且下降幅度较大,轻质油的加入对油样析蜡点影响最大,当加量为10%,析蜡点降低15℃左右。 研究分析了压力对析蜡规律的影响,发现压力高时对析蜡点影响不大,但随着压力的升高,油样的流变性能变差。 研究了王140-1井油样的熔蜡规律,发现熔蜡点比析蜡点要高4℃(常压)、3℃(5MPa和30MPa)。 岩心流动实验表明,当工作液的注入,地层温度降低然后又回复到地层原始温度,这个过程会对地层有明显的伤害,伤害率为11.86%。综合敏感性评价实验结果,对岩心渗透率损害程度依次为水敏>盐敏>速敏。

【Abstract】 As a kind of important resource, the heavy oil has been paid much attention to for a long time, but it makes very difficult to study its composition and structure for the complexity and the diversity. Although many researchers at home and aboard use sorts of analytic techniques to study it and make certain progress, we still lack of practical and effective references in the face of its exploitation and transportation.This article emphasizes on different thick oil samples of Dingjiawuzi sub-oil region, ShengLi Oilfield. We Use the advanced analytical test method to research on its chemical composition and the physical property systematically. We researched on the sample of the oil region Wangl40-l well oil about high pour point and viscous crude oil to analyze the rule of wax separated out and wax melting. The research reveals the rule of the wax influences on to the crude oil rheological property. We provided massive empirical datum and theory basis for the oil exploitation, wax elimination and prevention.The research indicated that the wax and the sol asphaltene total content of The Wangl40-l well oil sample is 50.23%; the wax and the sol asphaltene total content of the Wang131 well oil sample is 69.89%; the wax and the sol asphaltene total content of the Wangl32 well oil sample is 65.52%, all this above indicated the Dingjiawuzi heavy oil is the typical ultra heavy oil.The wax separated out point of crude oil will increase approximately 2.5-4℃ when the oil mineralization degree elevates, or the solid particle is introduced into the oil. When we introduce the light oil and organic solvent, the wax separated out of crude oil will decrease rapidly. Of the above factors, the light oil influences the wax separated out point of crude oil mostly. When the increment is 10%, the wax wax separated out point of crude oil will reduce about 15℃.The research analyzed influence the pressure on the wax separated out rule. When pressure is much high, the influence is not obvious. But when the pressure elevates, the rheological property of the sample oil will change the performance to the
