MCV3型平台罗经系统分析与测试

【摘要】 平台罗经系统可以为舰艇的作战指挥和武备系统提供精确的航向及姿态信息,是舰船航行、作战不可缺少的主要导航设备之一,在世界各国海军的舰船导航中显得尤为重要。本文以MCV3型平台罗经为主要研究对象,应用虚拟仪器仿真技术和程控技术,对MCV3型平台罗经主要电路板进行故障诊断和仿真测试。 本文首先对平台罗经系统的数学模型和稳定回路进行了分析,通过阐述MCV3型平台罗经的工作原理和主要特点,分析了MCV3型平台罗经采用的H调制技术,以及H调制技术在系统中的具体实现方法。其次是从功能上分析了MCV3型平台罗经电路板的主要电路,以及对电路板进行测试的难点和创新点。在测试过程中,本文使用了相对成熟的新技术,采用半自动方式,手工输入、自动化测量,保证了测试数据的准确性和可靠性,并结合测试对虚拟仪器技术的系统构成与应用环境进行了介绍。 本文在对电路板的测试过程中采用了虚拟仪器技术、可编程控制技术、故障诊断专家系统等,使用计算机编程控制,使得测试准确,自动化程度高,测试结果具有可追溯性。另外,还应用了动态波形显示双缓存技术,解决了动态显示时图形闪烁的问题,使得动态波形显示更加平滑、稳定。
【Abstract】 The system of stabilized gyrocompass, which can give the precise information of course and pose for campaign commands and arm systems, is one of main navigational devices for sail and battle. It is also very important for naval ship all over the country. MCV3 Stabilized Gyrocompass was set main research object in this paper. Fault diagnoses and simulation tests were done by using simulation technology of virtual instruments and program-controlled technology to the main circuit boards.First of all, the mathematics model and stabilized circuits were analyzed for the system of stabilized gyrocompass. The realization method of H modulating technology in system was brought out after the theories and characteristics of MCV3 stabilized gyrocompass were explained. Secondly, The main circuits of MCV3 stabilized gyrocompass were analyzed by their functions. The difficulties and innovations of testing for main boards were pointed out. During the testing, a kind of new technology on the form of half automation, inputting by hand and automatic testing made them veracity and reliability. At last, the system construction and application environment for technology of virtual instruments were introduced.The technology of virtual instruments, program control and the expert system of fault diagnose were used during testing circuit boards. The program control of computer made testing veracity and automation high. The results of testing had traceability. In addition, the technology of double buffers for showing dynamic wave was applied. The graphics glittery problem of dynamic showing was resulted. It made dynamic wave more smoothness and stabilization.
