WWB型脉动式无级变速器运动分析及优化

【摘要】 WWB型脉动式无级变速器是适合现代生产工艺流程机械化、自动化发展以及改善机械工作性能的一种通用传动装置。它具有工作可靠、承载能力高、变速性能稳定、调速范围广等的特点,已赢得了广阔的市场。但由于结构的特殊性,机构在高速运转时,会产生很大的惯性力和惯性力矩并难以平衡。本课题借助于ADAMS软件,通过对该机构进行几何建模、运动分析,并以此为基础进行尺度综合优化设计,以达到提高机构的运动和动力性能的目的。主要工作内容如下: (1) 建立WWB型脉动式无级变速器的几何模型。 (2) 对机构进行运动学仿真分析,得到可视化的结果并以输出构件的平均传动比i_m和速度波动系数δ为特性指标进行运动学分析。 (3) 对影响机构运动和动力性能的关键部件——连杆的质心加速度和角加速度为特性指标进行运动分析。 (4) 以参数化机制为基础,以连杆质心加速度和角加速度为目标函数,通过单因素分析找到优化的初始点,再运用广义简约梯度法(GRG法)对机构进行优化设计。 通过本文的研究,不仅为WWB型脉动式无级变速器的改进提供指导,也为无级变速器的理论研究进行了有益的探索。

【Abstract】 WWB Impulse stepless speed variator is a universal transmission device which meets the requirements of mechanization and automatization in morden manufacturing process, and improvement of mechanical performance. It has found a good market with its reliability, high load-bearing, steady capability of variable transmission and broad adjustable-speed range, and so on. Due to its particular structure, considerable unbalanced inertial force and torque, in high-speed motion, bring about variable dynamic loads on the frame and, as a result, vibrations; therefore, it is vital to optimize the structure by synthesize, employing ADAMS, based on geometry modeling and kinematic analysis , and to improve kinematic and dynamic performance greatly. The central works in this paper proceed as follows.Firstly, the geometry model of WWB Impulse stepless speed variator is presented.Secondly, graphs of output link are obtained by means of kinematic simulation, on a sound basis of which kinematic study related to laws of average ratio of transmission and velocity fluctuation, as a kinematic characteristic, is carried out.Thirdly, kinematic study dealing with center of mass acceleration and angular acceleration of the coupler, a key part with a dramatic effect on kinematic and dynamic performance of mechanism, is conducted.Finally, optimal results, obtained by parametric design optimization in which objective, i.e. combination of center of mass acceleration and angular acceleration of the coupler, is established, and based on initialization derived from Design Study in ADAMS, show that inertial force and torque are dramatically suppressed, due to optimal objective by GRG method , as a result, great reduction of unwanted vibrations and impacts.This paper supplies references to improvement of WWB Impulse stepless speed variator performance, in addition to useful exploration of new theories about WWB Impulse stepless speed variator.
