数字化矿山及其关键技术应用与研究

【摘要】 随着信息时代的到来,数字化矿山的构建必将成为实现煤矿企业高产、高效、绿色、安全开采的有效途径,是当今采矿科学、信息科学、人工智能、计算机技术和3S技术高度结合的产物,它将深刻改变传统的采矿生产活动和人们的生活方式。 本文在对国内外已有的数字化矿山建设总结和分析的基础上,通过对比和分析数字化矿山的应用现状,提出了数字化矿山的应用模式和构成体系,逐步建立了数字化空间中的企业管理应用模式。同时,本文结合数字化矿山建设的体系结构和宁夏煤业集团公司信息化建设现状,设计了宁夏煤业集团公司数字化矿山建设的总体目标和分两步来建设数字化矿山的整体解决方案。根据集团公司的整体目标,针对试点矿羊场湾煤矿的基础环境分析,设计了煤炭企业基于IP平台数据资源标准草案和数字化矿山的解决方案。 数字化矿山是一个复杂而巨大的系统,它所涉及的是多知识的融合,多学科的交叉。因此本论文在前期工作基础之上,实现了宁夏煤业集团公司数字化矿山设计方案的第一步,搭建了安全生产综合多业务监测平台。该平台包括综合实时监测和可视化二维地理信息管理空间。根据该监测平台的需求,重点实现了该软件平台所牵涉的关键技术,包括多层分布式应用体系、组件技术、多线程技术、事务处理、DDE/NetDDE技术、OPC接口技术以及Socket网络编程技术,并设计了该监测平台的信息安全策略。最后,论文对所完成的工作做了总结,并对下一步数字化矿山建设的发展做以展望。

【Abstract】 With the advent of information times, it is an inevitable way for establishing digital mine to achieve high production, high efficiency and green and safety exploitation. It is the result of integrating various disciplines including mine science, information science, artificial intellection, computer science and 3S techniques, which will radically change the traditional mine production and our life styles.This thesis was in the foundation of summary and analyse to the digital mine construction home and abroad.The application pattern and structure system were proposed through comparing with and analyze the application status of digital mine. And the business management application pattern had been established in the digital space gradually.At the same time,it combined the system structure of digital mine construction with the current situation of Ningxia coal industry group company in information construction,and designed the overall goal of Ningxia coal industry group company in digital mine construction and the whole solution of the the digitial mine was constructed within two steps. According to the overall goal of the group company, a solution of draft which was based on IP platform about the data resource standard and digital mine were designed.The digital mine is a complicated and enormous system,which involved the integration of much knowledge and the cross of multi-disciplinary.Accordingly,the first step of design proposal of Ningxia coal industry group company in digital mine construction was realized and a synthetic multi-services platform in safety production were built on the base of previous working foundation in this thesis.In this platform, it included synthetic monitoring in real-time and visual two-dimentional geographical information management space.
