基于虚拟仪器的直升机电动执行机构检测仪的研制

【摘要】 介绍一种基于虚拟仪器的直升机电动执行机构检测系统。该检测系统克服了原有检测设备的自动化程度低、检测精度低、人为因素对结果影响大等缺点,以电子技术、测控技术和计算机技术为核心,利用传感器技术、单片机技术以及计算机控制软件完成了对电动执行机构和着陆灯性能的自动检测。 该系统主要由系统工作台、系统硬件和系统控制软件三部分组成。在系统设计过程中根据其空间力学结构的特点,研制了被检测对象安装、定位机构的机械装置,实现了工作环境与工作状态的动态模拟,避免了系统定位误差的产生;利用线性位移传感器与设计信号调理电路实现了位移的精确测量,实际测量精度达到了0.02mm(满量程的0.08%);采用闭环控制系统利用磁粉制动器和工作台机械结构完成了负载制动力、锁紧力和负载制动力矩的自动加载,实现了负载力大小的无级调节与动态载荷测量,精度为1N(满量程的0.4%)的精确测量;采用电气隔离技术成功的解决了大功率负载(着陆灯)的控制与驱动以及电流的测量问题;在上位机虚拟仪器控制软件中,实现了数据存储、打印等功能,规范了检测方法与步骤,消除了人为因素的干扰;利用双线程技术实现了整个检测系统的控制与数据采集、处理的并行运行,提高了整个检测系统的实时性。 本文在论述系统整体设计原理的基础上,着重阐述了非电量的测量方法和硬件电路的设计,并详细介绍了系统上位机测试软件中通用程序子模块的设计方法。 目前,该系统研制成功后通过了相关省级计量部门的验收鉴定,并投入使用将近半年的时间。实际应用情况表明各项性能指标良好,达到了常规计量检测设备的要求,系统运行稳定、基本满足了对被检测对象的具体工作要求。

【Abstract】 The research of virtual instrument detecting system about the electric operator is introduced in this paper.This system overcomes the defects of low automation, low detecting precision , the high impacting of human elements and uses the technology of electron, sensor, single-chip computer and computer software to complete the detection for the electric operator and landing light automaticly.This system can be composed with three parts-the hardware, the software and the working table. The working shelf can be designed for fixing and positioning according to the space structure of the mechanics. This shelf achieves the dynamic simulation of working environment and habitus. The displacement measure can be obtained by the precise sensor and the circuit of adjusting.The mensurement accuracy is about 0.02mm. This value is 0.008% of the full range in this system. The break force, locking force and break moment can be loaded automaticly and adjusted freely by closed loop control system. The mensurement accuracy is about 1N and also achieves 0.4% of full range. The technology of separated electricity can be used to solve the controlling and driving of the loading light and measure the high-current. The software of this system solve the problems of saving, measuring method and improve the nature for the antijamming by human. Meanwhile the technology of multi-threading can be used to realize the concurrent processing and improve the ability of real-time.This paper discussed the integral design scheme of this system and mainly introduced the measuring method of the parameter, the design of the circuit. The design methodology of the procedure son-module has been introduced in software.At the present time, this system has been identified by the relative department of measurement and has been used for half a year.
