平面钢闸门参数化设计CAD软件研制与开发

【摘要】 本文是根据《水利水电工程钢闸门设计规范》(中华人民共和国行业标准SL74-95,以下简称《规范》)和《水工钢结构》中提出的闸门设计原理和方法,结合设计习惯及经验,对平面钢闸门参数化设计进行了详细的研究,同时,本文以AutoCAD2004为平台,应用VBA二次开发,设计了平面钢闸门参数化设计CAD系统软件(PSGCAD软件—Plane Steel Gate Computer Aided Design)。它直接在AutoCAD2004环境中运行,对AutoCAD进行直接调用,与AutoCAD2004配合使用,使设计人员大大提高工作效率。 其主要内容是: 1、本文研究了参数化设计的理论原理,建立了参数化设计系统模型,并在此基础上,明确了实现该方法的关键技术;参数化模型和驱动机制,最后提供了实现这些技术的方法。 2、以平面钢闸门设计理论为依据,阐述了PSGCAD系统的模块系统以及系统设计中的关键技术,介绍PSGCAD系统设计平面闸门的过程。 3、介绍了CAD及开发工具VBA,PSGCAD系统结构布置设计和构件截面设计方法、程序开发思路,并介绍了PSGCAD系统的界面设计。 4、阐述PSGCAD系统的门叶结构图和结构总图绘制的原理和程序开发思路。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the author bases on the theories and methods of gate design, which is provided by Hydraulic and hydroelectric Engineering Specification for Design of Steel Gate (SL74-95, thereinafter for short Specification) and steel structure for water conservancy (thereinafter for short Handbook), combined with computer aided Structure Design with Parameters about flat steel gate. The author develops wi th VBA at AutoCAD2004 platform and develops CADsystem (Plane Steel Gate Computer Aided Design--PSGCAD system) about planesteel gate. It directly calls the commands of AutoCAD . It works in with AutoCAD to make designers raise their work efficiency.Such mostly contents are as follows:1、 The theory of parametric design technology is studied in this paper. A model of parametric subsystem is built. Based on the model, the key technologies-parametric model and parametric driving mechanism of realizing the system are outlined;the method of realizing the technologies is provided at last.2、 Basis for theories of flat steel gate design, module system and key technique of system design in PSGCAD system is expounded. The process of flat steel gate design is introduced in PSGCAD system.3、 CAD and VBA tool of exploitation is introduced. Design methods and thoughts, which are used in structural dispose and components’ sections and procedure development, are expounded in PSGCAD system. Interface design is in PSGCAD.4、 Principles and exploitive thoughts in programs of structural drawings and disposal general drawings of gate-leaf are expounded in PSGCAD system.
