西部地区苦咸水淡化设备研发
Study and Design of Desalination Plants of Brackish Water in the West of China

【摘要】 西部地区水资源严重缺乏,且多为含氟量高的苦咸水。为解决西部地区人民的饮用水问题,本课题采用反渗透淡化装置进行脱盐。运行结果表明,反渗透工艺可有效去除苦咸水中的硫酸根离子、氯离子、氟离子及其他有害离子等。西部地区苦咸水经反渗透技术处理后,水质完全可以达到甚至优于国家饮用水卫生标准。该装置设计出水量为1m~3/h,能够满足西部地区普通村镇的饮用水需求。该课题的研究为解决西部地区水资源短缺问题开辟了一条新途径,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益,应用前景广阔。
【Abstract】 The water resources of the local west are seriously lacking, and most of water is brackish water with high contains of fluorine quantity. This topic used the RO desalination processing craft to desalt the water in order to solve the drinkable water in the west. The result indicated that the RO craft could remove SO42-, Cl-, F- and other harmful ions in the brickish water effectively. The water quality treated by RO membrane may achieve even surpasses the national drinking water health standard. The design water capacity of the equipment was 1m3/h, and it can achieve the operation requirements. The research of this task opened a new way of soluting the water shortage in the local west. Both the economic efficiency and environment benefit are remarkable. At the same time, it also had a broad application prospect.
