汽车动力传动系分析、优化匹配的研究及软件开发

【摘要】 本文首先对国内外汽车动力传动系计算机模拟计算、匹配的研究现状进行了论述,在总结前人研究的基础上提出了一套综合评价汽车动力性与经济性的评价指标体系。在建立发动机及整车动力性、经济性数学模型的基础上,提出了传动系参数综合优化模型;并建立了相关参数对汽车动力性与燃料经济性的弹性系数数学模型。 其次,基于动力传动系参数优化及分析模型的建立,结合MATLAB与Visual C++编程语言的各自优点,开发了一套基于PC机的动力传动系参数分析及优化设计软件。利用该软件,对安凯某型客车的动力传动系统进行了参数弹性系数分析及优化设计研究。 最后,根据相似工程学理论,建立了汽车动力传动系统相似计算模型,从动力传动系结构与整车性能相似模型来探讨相似理论在动力传动系匹配过程中的应用。

【Abstract】 Firstly, this paper discusses research actuality of analog calculation and matching of automobile power-train. Synthetical evaluation index system of tractive performance and economic performance of automobile is presented on the base of summarizing former studies. On the base of building mathematical models of tractive performance and economic performance, synthetical optimization model of transmission parameters is presented;And building mathematical models of flexibility coefficient of correlative parameters affecting tractive performance and economic performance.Secondly, based on the building model of parameters optimization and analysis of automobile power-train, and combine each excellence of MATLAB and Visual C++ program language, develop a set software of parameter analysis and optimization of automobile power-train for personal computer. With this software, parameters flexibility coefficient analysis and optimization of power-train are done to some type bus of An-Kai company.Finally, according to similarity engineering theory, building the model of similarity calculation of automobile power-train, from the similarity of power-train structure and vehicle performance to discuss the application of similarity engineering theory in matching of power-train.
