基于CAN总线的多CPU测控装置的研制

【摘要】 本文结合变电站综合自动化系统设计思路的发展,电子、通信等技术和测量控制的理论进步,提出了一种多CPU新型测控装置的设计方案。新型测控装置采用功能模块化设计方法,对于人机接口面板,直流温度测量模块,交流量测量模块,数字量的输入模块和输出模块都具有各自的处理单元,可以根据现场需要灵活配置各功能模块的数量,从而适应各种情况的现场需要。各功能插件本身也具有配置灵活的特点,可以对被测量的性质和算法进行选择和修改。装置与外界通讯由人机接口面板完成,采用CAN总线通讯方式,双CAN互为冗余,可靠性高,处理突发事件能力增强。人机接口面板采用轮询的方式与各功能插件通讯,显示实时测量数据,还能够查看各功能插件的状态,修改各功能插件的定值等功能,人机界面友好,操作方便。同时本文对测控装置抗干扰方面的设计方法进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 According to the development of the electronics, communication and the design idea ofthe substation automation system, combining many new theories on measurement andcontrol, the dissertation puts forward a design project of a new multi-CPU measurement andcontrol device. It is designed on function modularization. There is respective processing unitfor man-machine faceplate, DC measurement module, AC measurement module, digital inputmodule and digital output module. According to the needs of the spot, it is flexible andconvenient to set the number of each module. We can choose or modify the property and thecalculating method of the measured item in each module. The communication between thedevice and the outside is achieved by man-machine faceplate, which used two CAN Busesthat are redundancy and do well in dealing with outbreak affair. The man-machine faceplatecommunicated to every functional module by calling in turn, that can display the measureddata, the states of each functional module and modified the set, and have friendlyman-machine interface, convenient operation. This paper also talked over the design methodin anti-jamming of measurement and control device.
