小湾水电站开挖中预裂爆破参数的优化研究

【摘要】 小湾水电站开挖工程中,岩石主要为弱风化大理岩,局部地区有软岩层裂隙,对爆破开挖造成了一定的难度。且整个工区都在开挖爆破,各工区爆破产生的振动会对边坡稳定性产生很大的影响,加大了对爆破振动控制的要求,也增加了预裂爆破参数的设计的难度。不同施工地段的施工要求及施工设备的不同,这就更增大了预裂爆破参数的设计难度。 本文研究了预裂爆破中影响最大的三个因素:线装密度、周边眼间距及周边眼的不耦合系数,并利用动力有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,建立两预裂孔爆破的三维模型,数值模拟出预裂爆破裂缝扩展过程,然后通过应力值的分析来判断岩石的破碎情况,另外利用预裂缝的扩展图分析预裂爆破的效果。再根据几列符合预裂爆破要求的模型的参数,回归推导出关于孔距、线装密度和不耦合系数这三个参数的简易关系式。最后将回归出的关系式应用到小湾水电站工程中,对不同要求的施工给出合理的设计指导。

【Abstract】 In project of excavating Xiao wan Hydropower station , rotten rock and terrane crack in parcel area make detinite difficulty of blastiong . In all work area the vibrancy of blasting bring influence of stability of sloping , increase the control of the vibrancy and difficulty of design of the pre-splitting blasting parameters . the different require and equipment of construction even more increase the difficulty of the design.This article study the most three factors of influence in pre-splitting blasting , which are powder capacity per meter 、 spacing of hole and decoupling. On the basis of ANSYS/LS-DYNA and establishing 3D model about two pre-splitting holes, numerical value sumilate expanded process of the crack , then estimates effect of the rock crash by analyzing stress , otherwise estimates effect of pre-splitting blasting by expanded picture .By some parameters of models which accord with pre-splitting blasting , regresses a logical equation about there parameters . Finally applying the equation for Xiaowan hydropower station , logically instruct the designment of the different construction requirement in the station.
