【摘要】 本文采用比较分析和模型分析的方法从不同的侧面研究了上海市中心城区人口疏散的机制问题。比较分析的展开是建立在与东京国际大都市对比基础上的。20世纪60-70年代,东京大都市圈发生了大规模的人口疏散现象,本文研究了该时期影响居民居住区位选择的决策因子的状态。当今的上海,人口在中心城区高度集中,本文也研究了上海影响居民居住区位选择的决策因子的状态。两者决策因子状态的不同导致发生了不同的人口分布现象,东京趋向分散,而上海趋向集中,东京为上海人口政策的出台提供了参考。 本文为了进一步探求决策因子作用的定量关系,引入了模型分析方法,在收集了大量问卷的基础上,分析问卷反映的相关问题,同时引入多项分对数模型分析决策因子的作用状况,探寻了决策因子对购房者选择过程的作用规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper researches the mechanics of decentralization of Shanghai from different aspects by the method of contrast and modeling analysis. we contrast Shanghai with Tokyo. In 1960’s-1970’s, decentralization have taken place in the metropolis of Tokyo. We look for the factors which work in the location selection of Tokyo. In today’s Shanghai, more and more people want to live in the centre of the city and the high density bring us city problem. We analyze the factors which work in location selection of Shanghai too. Different factors lead to different results.In order to research the relationship among different factors further, we analyze the question by modeling method.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.更多还原
