飞机起落架动态特性的分析与研究

【摘要】 飞机起落架系统是飞机重要的机载设备,对飞机的起飞、安全着陆起着重要的作用。但是它的设计包含内容多、涉及面广,是一个极其复杂的过程,所以在起落架系统研究中利用半实物数字仿真技术对其设计进行前期仿真研究很有意义。 论文首先,针对目前刹车系统仿真研究中未考虑起落架动态特性的不足,系统地分析了起落架在飞机刹车系统中的运动过程以及动态特性,深入的研究了左右主起落架非对称状态下对刹车系统的影响和刹车状态下起落架支柱变形对刹车系统的影响。 其次,针对航空机轮刹车系统半实物仿真系统的技术要求,经过对系统需求分析和研究,提出了基于并行计算机的飞机刹车系统半实物仿真设计方案,详细的介绍了半实物仿真系统的组成,半实物仿真平台的接口,设计完成了飞机刹车系统半实物仿真软件。 论文所完成的半实物仿真系统,通过系统调试和系统联试。表明:所建立的飞机刹车系统数学模型基本合理、模糊控制策略可行。半实物仿真系统能较真实地模拟飞机刹车系统的动态特性。系统基本达到了设计要求,为今后飞机刹车系统优化设计提供了很好的测试平台。

【Abstract】 Aircraft landing gear system is an important airborne device of aircraft, which plays an important role in taking off and safe landing . However,its design includes many contents ,covers a wide rang of subjects and is a complicated process, so the hardware -in - loop simulation is utilized to in analysis and study of landing gear system research.First, the dynamic characteristics insufficiency of landing gear fails to be considered into braking system simulation research, the paper narrates the performance of the landing gear in the process of anti-skid braking and the landing gear’s dynamic character., and made an in-depth study into the influence of breaks in asymmetry and the influence of the transmogrification of landing gear member under brake on set of brakes.Secondly, Aim at the technical specifications of hardware-in-loop-simulation project of aviation wheel set of braking systems, through studying the system , it is proposed of the hardware-in-loop simulation braking system of basing parallel computer system. The paper depicts the overall design frame of the hardware-in-loop simulation, introduces the constituent element of the system, the connection of practicality and simulation platform, and the design of software.The hardware-in-loop simulation design have accomplished,and passed closed loop debugging. the result shows that the mathematical model is basicly logical and Vague control is feasible.furthermore, the hardware -in-loop simulation can simulate the dynamic behavior of set of brakes of aircraft comparatively veritably.This system basicly achieves user requirement, and provides a good testing platform for optimal design of brakes of future aircraft.
