控轧钢UOE管热煨弯管弯制工艺研究

【摘要】 弯管是管线工程中重要的管件产品之一。他在管线上的主要作用是:根据需要改变管线的方向;并且具有可以缓冲管线所在地域的地层迁移,地震及外界环境温度变化等因素附加在直管上的拉、压应力和扭矩等载荷的结构力学作用。在西气东输、忠武管线等大型长输管线建设中,使用了大量的控轧钢UOE管热煨弯管。显然,弯管的综合质量是制约管线安全平稳运行的重要因素之一。由于控轧钢再加热后性能会发生变化,如果热煨时的加热工艺制度控制不当,其强度将会损失一半以上,严重时还会开裂。本文对控轧钢UOE管热煨弯管的弯制工艺进行了研究。并对其进行了力学性能研究及质量分析。找出了控轧钢UOE管热煨弯管整体质量的影响因素与控制方法,这些影响因素主要是:加热温度、加热速度、冷却速度、加热带宽度、回火温度、保温时间、推进速度等。本文通过理论分析和现场实际弯制试验,对X60、φ610×11.1mm控轧钢UOE管进行了热煨弯管的现场实际弯制试验。另外,选用日本新日铁公司为西气东输工程生产的X70钢级φ1016×17.5mm控轧钢UOE管进行了验证试验。并对其进行了力学性能试验及质量分析。本文通过弯制工艺试验、力学性能试验、金相及硬度试验,对控轧钢UOE管热煨弯管弯制工艺进行了分析研究,并且提出了最佳的工艺参数范围是:加热温度为950℃~1050℃;冷却速度为20℃~40℃/s;加热带宽度为30~40mm;回火温度为500℃;保温时间为1.0~1.2h;推进速度为0.5mm/s。现场实际验证表明,采用本文提出
【Abstract】 Bend is one of the important pipe fittings in pipeline construction. Itsmain function on the pipeline is to change the direction of the pipeline asrequired. Also it is to buffer the stratum transference of the region wherepipeline is located, the action of the structural mechanics of the tensileand compressive stress and torque moment which earthquakes and thechange of the ambient temperature etc. exerts on the straight pipes. Agreat quantity of UOE hot bends made of controlled and rolled steel havebeen used in large-scale pipeline construction like the West-East GasPipeline Project and Zhong-Wu Pipeline Project.Therefore, thecomprehensive quality of the bends is one of the important factors whichrestrict the safe and stable operation of the pipelines.Because the properties of the controlled and rolled steel may changeafter reheating, its strength will lose more than one half if the heatingprocess is not controlled properly during fire bending, and it will breakopen under serious situation.This article especially discusses the bending techniques of the UOEhot bend made of controlled and rolled steel. Its mechanical propertiesand quality are also discussed and analyzed here. The influence factorsand the controlling methods on the entire quality of the UOE hot bendmade of controlled and rolled steel are found out. These influence factorsare heating temperature, heating speed, cooling speed, the width of theheating zone, tempering temperature, the heat preserving time and thepropelling speed.Through theoretical analysis and actual site bending test, sitebending test on UOE heating bending pipe of the controlled and rolledsteel, with Grade X60, φ610×11.1mm has been made. On the other hand,the certification test on UOE pipe made of controlled and rolled steel,with Grade X70, φ1016×17.5mm which was produced by the NewJapanese Iron Works for the Chinese West-East Gas Pipeline Project hasalso been made and its mechanical properties and quality have beenanalyzed.This article , through bending technological test, mechanicalproperties test, degree of hardness test and metallographic test, hasanalyzed and studied UOE hot bends made of controlled and rolled steelthe bending techniques, and proposed the optimizing parameter range asfollows: the heating temperature is 950℃~1050℃;the cooling speed is20℃~40℃/s;the width of the heating zone is 30~40mm;the temperingtemperature is 500℃;the heat preserving time is 1.0~1.2h, and thepropelling speed is 0.5mm/s, actual site bending express that the heatingbending pipe,which has adopted This article has proposed the optimizingparameter range, has been made . It has been fitted to the technicalstandard requirement of the Chinese West-East Gas Pipeline Project(Q/SYXQ 16-2002) ,which has ensured the entire quality of the bends.
