阜新市人防工程大体积混凝土理论研究与实践

【摘要】 通过对加入混凝土中的几种膨胀剂不同的掺量所配制出的几种试块的测定,并利用测定的数据综合分析寻求最终选择哪一种膨胀剂及其掺量能够达到在具体施工中有最好效果的目的。在具体工程应用中通过运用大型通用ADINA有限元分析软件对混凝土基础底板浇筑过程进行数值模拟,并利用ADINA软件强大的通用后处理功能绘制出了混凝土浇筑过程中的温度分布情况以及混凝土浇筑完成后的温度分布情况。本文以阜新市人防工程中基础底板浇筑过程为例,通过运用回归分析从AEA、HLC、UEA膨胀剂中选择出了UEA膨胀剂及其掺量再通过利用ADINA有限元分析软件对混凝土基础底板浇筑过程中的温度场进行模拟指导了具体施工,在施工过程中对温度裂缝进行控制确保了大体积混凝土浇筑过程中达到设计要求,使工程得以顺利完成。

【Abstract】 By assaying some different concrete test blocks, which were mixed with the different bulking agents, and analyze the assaying data. So we can find the best bulking agent and its blending to utilize in practice. To use a great finite element analysis software of ADINA to simulate the pouring process of foundation mat. And utilize the General Postprocessor of ADINA to draw up the concrete pouring and completed process of temperature distribution. Therefore, the scheme utilizes the concrete pouring process of civil air defense shelter in Fu Xin. To utilize the regression analysis to analyze the bulking agents, which are AEA、HLC、UEA. And then, using ADINA to analyze the UEA and simulate the concrete pouring process of foundation mat. During the working process, it ensures to achieve the requirements of design to pour the mass concrete by controlling the temperature fracture. So the construction can be completed on time.
