挤压式边墙对公伯峡面板堆石坝应力和变形的影响分析

【摘要】 随着混凝土面板堆石坝的广泛应用,其施工工艺也在不断改进。其中挤压式混凝土边墙施工法是一种面板坝垫层料施工工艺改进的新方法。这种方法以其能够保证垫层料的压实质量和提高坡面防护能力以及施工简便等特点得到国际坝工界的重视,已成为一种面板坝垫层料施工的新经验。公伯峡混凝土面板堆石坝在国内首次采用了这种新技术。对挤压式边墙在混凝土面板堆石坝中的应用,还有很多新的问题需要进一步深入研究。为便于研究公伯峡混凝土面板堆石坝挤压式边墙对大坝应力和变形的影响,本文首先分析了ABAQUS的二次开发功能,研究了用户材料子程序(UMAT)实现的原理及实现的步骤和方法,编制了Duncan-Chang E-B本构模型程序并导入到ABAQUS中并采用三轴试验的结果来验证程序的正确性。结果证明开发是成功的,开发的程序具有高效率、高精度、源代码简洁等优点,修改非常方便。为简化挤压式边墙的计算和分析,本文研究用等效板来代替挤压式边墙,用等效接触面来代替挤压式边墙与大坝间的接触面。利用接触面剪切试验来获得相应的等效接触面模型参数,并对该方法的有效性进行了验证。基于以上研究成果并结合公伯峡混凝土面板堆石坝的实际情况,对大坝进行了三维静态有限元分析,总结了坝体和面板的应力和变形规律。探讨了面板和挤压式边墙之间沥青涂层对面板应力分布的影响,认为挤压式边墙与混凝土面板之间的沥青层对面板应力的影响不大。

【Abstract】 With the concrete face rockfill dam applied widely, its construction technics is being improved continually. Among them, the crush sidewall technics is one new method of cushion construction of face rockfill dam. This method can guarantee the quality of cushion compaction and improve the protective capability of slope face as well as its construction is simple and so on , so it got more recognition for the international dam world and it has become one kind of new experience. But it also has very many new questions to study deeply. This new method is used in Gongboxia concrete face rockfill dam for the first time in our country.In order to consider the influence of crush sidewall to the stress and deformation of Gongboxia concrete face rockfill dam, this article analyzed the redevelopment function of ABAQUS firstly, and studied the principle and the process of the user material subroutine (UMAT), and programmed the construction model procedure of Duncan - Chang E-B and inducted it to ABAQUS, and used the results of triaxial test to confirm the accuracy of the procedure. The results proved that the procedure is successful. The procedure has many virtues such as high efficiency, high accuracy, simple source code、convenient revision and so on.In order to simplify the computation and the analysis of crush sidewall, the model of this article used the equivalent board instead of crush sidewall and used the equivalent contact face instead of contact face between the wall and dam. This model parameters is obtained through shearing test and confirmed its validity.Based on the above research results, this article used the three dimensional static finite element analysis to the dam, and concluded the rule of stress and deformation of the dam, and discussed the influence of the asphalt coating to stress distribution of face slab, and thought the influence is not obvious.
