MPMG方法体系及信息传递分析

【摘要】 营销职能作为企业的五大管理职能,在企业中扮演着非常重要的角色。从营销理念的演变过程看,随着时代进步营销管理所需要的关注的信息是在逐渐增多,所收集信息的质量直接决定着营销决策的质量,从而进一步影响到企业的经营。基于此,本文引入MPMG营销方法,进行进一步的探讨,存在着一定的现实和理论意义。 MPMG营销方法的重点是通过制订最佳市场营销计划和一系列逻辑步骤。该方法通过对工作单的编制和填写,来选择和获取对本企业市场营销计划有用的信息。尽管该方法是先进的,在实践上也取得了一定的成果,但该营销方法只在理论上详细研究了工作单的编制和填写过程,对市场信息传递关系的分析还不够明确,没有建立起动态的市场信息层级结构,难以实现市场信息的动态传递从而制约了可操作性,并且MPMG方法需要较充分市场数据与信息支持,以加强该方法的实际可操作性。所以本文从这些方面探讨,以弥补这些缺点,希望能够尽一点绵薄之力。 本文主要是对MPMG营销方法计划工作单模块之间的市场信息传递关系进行了更深入的研究,建立起营销信息动态传递拓扑模型和营销工作单数据仓库,提出建立营销工作单数据仓库的方法和步骤;按照选定的营销主题对营销工作单数据库中的源数据进行了分析,并给出了主题数据的市场析取方法,为MPMG营销方法提供营销数据信息支持。不但研究和分析了MPMG方法工作单之间的信息传递,而且在技术上支持MPMG营销方法搜集市场信息、分析和过滤市场信息,使MPMG营销方法突破理论性从而实际操作能力大大加强,为决策者提供有用的决策帮助。

【Abstract】 China has enjoined the WTO, speed of economy global is very faster. Marketing strategies decide the existence and development of enterprises. For this, need to usher in the marketing method(the MPMG(the Marketing Planning for Maximum Growth) method) .of the forerunner and the marketing analysis decision system of the development usages to raise the business enterprise marketing to manage to make policy the level with analysis.The key of the marketing lies in the need that identifies and satisfies the customer, but method of MPMG (Marketing Planning for Maximum Growth) is to put forward to establish the tight logic step of the best marketing planned and complete process and a series, provide a kind of type with single work and can be pay in the work method of the actual operation. The method of MPMG pass to the establishment of work the list and fill in, choose and obtain to plan the useful information for this business enterprise marketing. This paper used the data warehouse technique to carried out market investigation, the market analysis mold piece of the MPMG method system. It can preprocess the large number of data in database according to the selected subjects, then abstract the useful information, and furthermore analyze the information to support decision.This paper used the data warehouse technology to analyze MPMG marketing data. Firstly, the methods and steps were given to construct the marketing warehouse. Secondly, the raw data in the marketing database analyzed according to the selected subjects, and the methods to abstract subjects data were given. Thirdly, the query and analytical tools were designed to orienting subjects.
