【摘要】 大学生班级群体是学校的基层单位,是教育和管理的基本组织形式,是思想政治教育的重要途径和载体。加强大学生班级群体的建设,不仅有利于大学生个体与群体的协调发展,而且还有利于思想政治教育有效性的提高。本文以新的时期如何推动大学生班级群体的建设为主线,借鉴心理学对群体心理的研究成果以及社会学、教育学对班级的研究成果,力图将多学科的研究成果运用到大学生班级群体的建设中。本文以江苏教育学院的大学生班级群体为切入点,选择了不同年级、不同专业的7个班级群体作为研究对象,采取问卷调查法、观察法等方法,剖析了当代大学生班级群体存在的问题及其原因。并从结构、要素、心理等方面分析了大学生班级群体的特征,指明了大学生班级群体的发展方向。针对大学生班级群体存在的问题,论文提出了从宏观环境、微观环境、目标、规范、班风、凝聚力等方面建设大学生班级群体的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 A class is the basic unit and the basic organization for education and management. It is an important approach and carrier of ideological and political education. Strengthen the construction of undergraduate class group not only in favor of the harmonious development of undergraduate individuals and undergraduate class, but also in favor of the improvement of validity of ideological and political education. The masterstroke of this article is how can we promote the construction of undergraduate class group. It borrows research findings of small group from psychology and ideas of class group from sociology and pedagogy, tries hard to apply these research findings of diverse subjects to the construction of undergraduate class group. This article chooses Jiangsu Institute of Education as cut point and whose seven class groups as research subjects. Questionnaire investigation method and observation method are adopted. It takes apart the existing problems and their causations of contemporary undergraduate class groups, then, analyses the characteristics of undergraduate class groups in terms of structure, elements and psychology, etc. and points out the direction of the development of undergraduate class groups. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward for the construction of undergraduate class group in terms of constructing its macro-environment, micro-environment, objects, criterions, class ethos, cohesions.更多还原
