车载逆变电源及其效率研究

【摘要】 军用野外自主供电技术是现代战争条件下武器装备有效运行的关键技术问题,随着逆变技术和各种功率器件的飞速发展,车载逆变电源的小型化、高效化已成为可能。 本文在对几种典型的逆变电路拓扑仿真分析的基础上,通过对车载逆变电源设计的理论性分析,仔细阐述了DC/DC升压变换器的控制环节的补偿方法,提出了一种校正环节来对变换器开环系统的零极点进行补偿,并对所提出的校正环节及其对系统的补偿参数作了计算。根据车载逆变电源的特点,设计制作了一种方波型逆变电源。结合调试过程中的问题,重点对影响逆变电源效率的各种因素(包括软开关技术)进行了仿真和实验分析,得出了许多有益的结果,获得了一系列关于电源开关器件的选择、变压器设计参数和绕制方法的选择、软开关电路中谐振电容和电感的调节等对逆变电源效率的提高有显著作用的结论,为下一步野战条件下逆变电源的设计提供了较好的依据。
【Abstract】 Military field self-determination power supply technology is the key matter for weapon equipments to work in effect. With the development of invert technology and variety of power elements, it is possible for vehicle-based inverter to become less volume and more efficient.This paper is based on the simulation analysis of some typical invert circuit topology. Through the characters of vehicle-based inverter, the paper describes compensation methods of DC/DC converter. It puts forwards an adjust tache to compensate the zero point and the polar point. Besides these, the paper designs and makes a pulse-wave inverter. Combined with some problems in debugging, it puts most emphases on the factors which affect the efficiency of inverter; does some simulation and experiments analysis and gets a lot useful results. The paper gets a serious of significant results on how to improve efficiency of inverter such as the choice of switch parts, the choice of parameters of transformer design, and the adjustment of syntony capacitance and loop inductance, which offers better measures for later design of inverters under field operation conditions.
