PK预应力混凝土叠合板的试验研究与应用

【摘要】 在叠合结构的实际应用中,叠合板的采用最为广泛,因此对叠合板进行系统研究具有非常重要的现实意义。现行的叠合板预制部分均为平板,需要设置支撑,影响了叠合板的经济效果,进而影响了其推广使用。本文在普通叠合板的基础上进行了改进与创新,最主要的有:(1) 将预制底板变薄;(2) 带肋;(3) 肋与底板交界处留孔,施工时在孔中穿非预应力钢筋与管线,使单向叠合板成为双向叠合板,进一步改善叠合板的受力性能;(4) 提高了叠合面的粘结力和咬合力;(5) 不需设置支撑。 本文将这种改进的叠合板称为PK预应力混凝土叠合板,并对这种叠合板进行了施工阶段、使用阶段的承载力,刚度及裂缝的研究。根据研究成果,提出了PK预应力混凝土叠合板预制构件的设计方法。并根据多项实际工程的应用,完善了这种叠合板的施工工艺。 采用虚功原理按照假定的屈服线图分析了PK双向叠合板的极限承载力,并将计算结果与按弹性理论的计算结果相比较,认为采用弹性理论与屈服线分析方法相结合来进行PK板叠合后承载力的设计是可行的。 依据各向异性板模型对PK预应力混凝土叠合板正常使用阶段的刚度进行了理论分析,并与现场的试验结果进行了比较,分析结果很好的反映了正常使用阶段叠合板的刚度特性。 文中还对叠合板的叠合面抗剪问题做了详尽的分析,分析结果表明PK板叠合面不需设置抗剪钢筋即可满足要求。PK叠合板拼缝处的抗裂性能较差,为了防止板拼缝处开裂,本文通过在板拼缝处配置折线形抗裂钢筋来达到增强抗裂性能,在实际工程的应用中证明是可行的。本文通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对反拱值进行了分析,发现PK板肋上的方形孔对于反拱值的影响不显著。 PK预应力混凝土叠合板具有抗裂性好、施工进度快、造价低等优点,得到了大量的工程应用,取得了可喜的经济效益和社会效益,本文从中积累了一些设计经验和施工经验,简要做了一些介绍,对PK预应力混凝土叠合板的推广应用具有一定的意义。

【Abstract】 In the practical use of composite structures, the composite slabs are being used the most extensively; therefore the systematic researches on composite slabs have a very important realistic significance. Most of the prefabricate part of actual composite slabs are flat sheet, bracings are needed in construct moment, which greatly influenced its economic effect, furthermore it will cumber the spread use of this structure.First, we make an amelioration and innovation on common composite slabs; the uppermost are listed as follows:1. The prefab motherboard is much thinner than ever.2. It has a rib.3. There are many holes at the boundary of the rib and the motherboard, in which we will make reinforcing steel bars when constructed. And the unilateralism composite slabs transform to bidirectional composite slabs, farther ameliorated the performance of composite slabs.4. The strength of felt and occlude on superposition surface are enhanced.5. No bracing is needed.The reformative composite slab intituled PK pre-stressed concrete composite slab and the paper explores the capacity, stiffness and crack of construction phase and employ phase. And the design method of PK prefab component is proposed in many applications of projects; the techniques of construction are made perfect.According to the assumed yielding line, the capacity of PK pre-stressed concrete bidirectional composite slab is analyzed by the theory of imaginary work. The result approach to which on academic of elasticity, which indicate that the method of combine assumed yield line and academic of elasticity is feasible on the PK composite slab’s design. According to the model of anisotropic slab, the PK pre-stressed concrete composite slab’s stiffness in natural employ phase is theoretic analysis. The analytical result approach to the test result on spot, indicate this method is feasible. Two directional stiffness of PK pre-stressed concrete composite slab gained by experiment, which make a preferable proof for the load distribution. Educible that load distribution direct ratio to the stiffness and inverse ration to the biquadrates of length. The shearing strength of composite slabs interfaces being analyzed, which accord to the result of experiment, and the shearing strength is
