基于PSD的多目标二维位移测量系统

【摘要】 在火炮后坐系统设计中,设计人员需要后坐体的运动阻力曲线来分析评价后坐系统的性能。但是要直接测量后坐阻力曲线是十分困难的,从现有技术来看,只能进行间接测量,而火炮后坐位移正是间接测量所要求的参数之一。 本文结合实际项目对火炮后坐位移的测量要求和火炮后坐运动的特点,设计了一种基于PSD的多目标二维位移测量系统。系统利用位置敏感探测器(PSD)的光斑定位原理,在炮身和上架上固定示踪光源,以分时复用的方法依次点亮光源,通过PSD检测光点的运动,达到对炮身后坐位移的测量。 文中详细分析了测量系统各个组成部分存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。完成的主要工作包括:对PSD器件和示踪光源进行了选择;设计了成像系统;完成了光源控制电路和PSD信号处理电路;利用瞬态波形存贮器构成数据采集模块,并以LabVIEW编写了相应的数据采集和处理软件。 最后进行了静态实验和模拟后坐的动态实验,对系统的性能进行了评估,基本达到了预期的设计要求。

【Abstract】 In the design of the recoil system, the designer need the recoil resistance curve to evaluate the performance of the recoil system. It is very difficult for measuring the recoil resistance curve directly in the condition of recent technology, so it is only measured indirectly. The recoil displacement is an important factor in indirect measurement.According to analyzing the character of recoil movement and requirement of measurement, a two dimensions movement measurement system of multiplex aims based on PSD has been introduced in the dissertation. The measurement system applies the facular-orientation theory of position sensitive detector (PSD), the illuminants are fixed on the recoil part and the barbette and lighted by time-sharing. By detecting the movement of illuminants by PSD, the measurement system can acquire the recoil displacement.This dissertation analyzes the problems of every part of the measurement system and provides the solution. The primary research includes: the choice of the type of PSD and illuminant; the design of the timing-control circuit, signal processing circuit and the imaging system; the data acquisition module applying transient recorder and the software of data acquisition and computation adopting LabVIEW.At last the whole measurement system was tested by static experiment and dynamic experiment, which evaluates its performance. The system gets the requirement of design basically.
