晓南矿煤层巷道围岩控制技术研究

【摘要】 通过对铁煤集团晓南矿地质资料的搜集,现场观测写实,采集了三个区位的煤岩样16块,加工成有效的试件,经RMT岩石力学实验系统,测得了煤岩样的力学性能参数和曲线简图。结合晓南矿的地质情况、现场观测和岩石力学实验的结果,对W27-2号煤层回采巷道围岩活动规律进行了理论分析,提出了W27-2号煤层回采巷道围岩(煤)控制模型,给出了一种新的回采巷道支护设计途径和方法,形成回采巷道周围散体软弱煤岩体控制技术的主要内容。最后对晓南矿进行了现场工业实验和经济效益分析。实验证实研究提出的散体软弱围岩控制技术方案有效地控制了回采巷道围岩煤岩体的活动,经济效益分析也表明,研究确定的W27-2号煤层回采巷道围岩控制技术的推广应用,对该矿与往年相比每年可实现近千万元的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Firstly, through geological data collection, on-site observation and gathering 16 coal-rock specimen in three location of XiaoNan-Coal-Mine, Tie Fa Coal Mine Group. The mechanics performance parameter and it’s curve sketches of the coal rock were gained through RMT (rock mechanics experimental system). Secondly, according to the combination of the geological on-site data and the results of on-site observing and rock mechanics experiment, a theory analyses to the stopping tunnel’s activity law of coal seam W27-2 has carried, the control model of W27-2 was advanced, a new support method of stopping tunnel was also presented, which makes up the main contents of the weak-soft coal rock body controlling technology. Finally, industrial experiment and economic analysis were carried out which benefit to the XiaoNan-Coal-Mine. The experiment verifies that the weak-soft rock control technology scheme has controlled the activity of the stopping tunnel’s rock effectively, and the analysis of economic returns show that after application of the control technology it can obtain nearly millions of Yuan economic efficiency comparing to the past.
