产品数据共享主模型建模及数据采集技术

【摘要】 当前,网络化协同设计与制造已经逐渐成为制造业发展的方向。因此,产品信息共享作为实现协同设计与制造的技术基础也受到企业的高度重视。本文主要研究企业产品信息共享中的产品信息共享主模型建模及数据采集技术。其主要思路是:企业管理人员或技术人员结合企业自身情况利用建模工具创建适合企业需求的产品信息共享主模型,并根据企业产品数据的分布存储情况为产品信息共享主模型指定产品数据的存储路径,即设置模型映射信息。产品信息共享平台中的产品共享数据采集器根据包含映射信息的产品信息共享主模型从分布在企业各个部门的异构数据库中采集产品数据并将产品数据嵌入其对应的模型之中,生成以XML文件形式保存的产品共享信息文档。基于上述方案,本文从以下几个方面进行了相关研究工作: 1) 产品信息共享主模型建模 设计和实现产品信息共享主模型建模映射工具。该工具以目前较为成熟的IDEF1x信息模型建模方法为理论基础,为用户提供一定的建模基本元素和通俗易懂的建模向导,协助企业相关人员建立符合企业自身情况的基于XML的产品信息共享主模型。 2) 产品信息共享主模型映射 以产品信息共享主模型为依据,通过访问存储产品数据的数据库的元数据,由产品信息共享平台管理人员为产品信息共享主模型中的实体属性指定其对应产品数据的存储路径,并据此生成包含模型映射信息的产品信息共享主模型XML文档。 3) 产品信息共享主模型数据采集器设计与实现 产品信息共享主模型数据采集器根据产品信息共享主模型中的映射信息访问存储产品数据的数据库,从数据库中提取与模型对应的产品数据并嵌入产品信息共享主模型,生成产品共享信息XML文档。采集过程中解决了多数据库查询、模型数目内容依赖、模型深度数据驱动等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collaborative design and manufacturing is becoming a trend for manufacture enterprises.Thus, product information sharing technology which is the basis of collaborative design and manufacturing attracts a lot of attention by enterprises.This paper studied the shared product information modeling and the data-capturing technology which are the keys of product information sharing technology.Managers or technician build a product information sharing master model for the whole enterprise and set paths of product data for entity attibute.The pathes show where product data is saved and it is called mapping information in this paper.The component of the product information sharing platform captures the product data according to the model including mapping information and builds a product sharing information document in XML format. The following key problems are studied in this paper:1) Genaration of product information sharing master model. An aided tool was designed and implemented to help technician build a product information sharing master model.It is based on IDEFlx and provided some model elements and guidance for users to build the product information sharing master model more easily.2) Mapping between product information sharing master model and actual product data. Some connection between product information sharing master model and product data was built according to the metadata of heterogeneous database by administrator of the product information sharing platform. And a new product information sharing master model was built .It included some mapping information and was saved as an XML file.3) Data Capturing for product information sharing master model. A component was designed and implemented and it captured product data from heterogeneous database according to the product information sharing master model and mapping information.It sovled some problems such as multi-source queries, data-driven model and context-dependent model.It also built an XML file for product sharing information.更多还原
