变电工程模块化设计与研究

【摘要】 电力企业改革、市场经济体制的不断建立和完善,电力工业的健康可持续发展,对电力设计行业提出了更高要求:通过优化设计方案、采用先进技术、降低工程造价,为业主设计精品工程成为设计企业追求的目标。尤其是随着社会发展、技术进步、设备制造工艺水平、设备可靠性提高以及环境保护意识、节约土地资源意识增强,设计革命、模块化设计与研究工作就成为必然。 本文通过对变电工程的500kV、220kV、35kV配电装置、主变水消防系统设计优化的探讨,在此基础上提出了模块化设计与研究的指导思想、总体思路和工作原则,并根据变电工程模块的划分原则,系统地研究各模块的设计思路、手段及形成方式,建立了配电装置间隔模块(含500kV、220kV、110kV、主变压器及35kV、220kV变电站35kV配电装置模块等)、建筑模块(含主控综合楼、保护室、220kV变电站主控保护室模块等)、主变压器消防系统模块等。其实质就是采用先进的设计思想、设计方法和手段,形成一段时期内相对固定的间隔模块和建筑模块,便于变电工程按照其规模、地形等具体工程条件进行优化组合,较快地形成合理的总平面布置。其意义目的就在于模块化设计不仅有利于提高设计效率,减少设计差错,缩短设计周期,而且也有利于按照工艺流程,优化变电站的总平面布置,提高变电站的土地利用率,减少变电站建筑面积,降低土建工程费用,控制工程造价;同时有利于提高变电站的自动化水平,减人增效,实施无人值班,提高电网的运行安全可靠性、经济性和灵活性。 本文主要针对变电工程模块化设计理念的研究和实施,进一步优化设计方案,以期达到指导今后变电工程设计工作的目的。变电工程模块化设计与研究的最终目标是在模块划分、形成基础上,拟建立一个贯穿变电站设计全过程的模块化辅助设计软件包,针对不同的设计原始条件,通过计算、分析、调用、组合不同的设计模块,辅助设计人员高效率、高质量的完成设计图纸。 经过多项变电工程设计优化与研究,特别是将示范工程设计思想和最新成果又及时应用于模块化设计,并在设计中不断对设计模块进行优化,先后完成了500kV青岛、220kV凤凰等变电工程设计,取得显著成效。同时对目前正在山东大学硕士学位论文进行的变电工程的设计进行再优化,并借助模块化软件开发与运用,使模块化设计理念进一步提升,发挥其更重要的作用。关键词变电工程;设计优化;模块化研究;应用实例

【Abstract】 With the setting-up and ripping of the electric enterprise’s reform , market economic system, in order to develop continuously, we proposed higher demand to our design: Through optimizing the design plan, adopting advanced technology, reducing the cost of the project, design the up-market project for the owner, and this has became the goal that enterprises are pursuing. Especially with the development of society, the progress of technology, the improvement of equipment manufacture technological level and equipment dependability, the strengthening of environmental protection consciousness and land resource economization consciousness, the design revolution, modularization design and research of design has became inevitable.In this paper we discussed the 500kV, 220kV, 35kV distribution device, the optimization design of main transformer’s fire-fighting system and put forward the module guidelines, overall thinking and working principle. And we also set up some model, such as 35kV distribution device module, protecting room module, etc.It’s essence is to adopt advanced design philosophy, design method and means, form the alternate module and building module which will not change in one period, in order to benefit the designer carry on optimization grouping according to such concrete project conditions as its scale, topography , etc., and form the rational overall arrangement to fix up very fast.It’s meaning purpose lies in it not merely helps to improve design efficiency that the module is designed, reduce the mistake of designing, shorten design cycle, and it is favorable to optimize overall arrangement of the transformer substation according to the technological process, improve the land utilization ratio of the transformer substation, reducethe construction area of the transformer substation, reduce the project expenses of the building construction, control the fabrication cost of the project. And it also help to improve the automatic level of the transformer substation at the same time, implement to nobody on duty, improve the operation safe reliability, economy and flexibility of the electric wire netting.The final goal of the module design and research in transformer project is developing a suit of software used in the whole design process of transformer project based on the module dividing and forming, helping the designer complete the design with high efficiency and high quality through calculating, analysing, transfering, making different design module up. This paper researches the module design, optimizes the design plan further in the hope of achieving the purpose that this will guide the transformer project design in the future.Through the design optimization and research in many projects, we finished the design of 500kV Qingdao and 220kV Fenghuang transformer substations successively, and make the remarkable effect. Now we are carrying on further research.
