柴油机传动装置齿轮盐浴软氮化工艺的研究

【摘要】 本文通过对传动装置齿轮的现状及存在的问题进行分析,引出了本文的选题依据及立项意义。针对齿轮的结构特点、设计原则、失效形式及各种破损实例,指出了当前提高齿轮表面疲劳寿命的最有效方法。本文在对齿轮表面强化工艺的探讨中选择了盐浴软氮化处理工艺,并通过正交试验法优选了最佳处理工艺。本文同时对软氮化中间齿轮的齿面接触强度、齿根弯曲强度及疲劳寿命进行了理论计算,并与接触疲劳试验结果进行比较,从中找出理论值与模拟试验之间的内在联系,为盐浴软氮化处理工艺齿轮延长使用寿命提供理论依据,为实际装车运用考核做技术准备。 试验结果表明:盐浴软氮化工艺具有处理温度低、时间短、操作简单、处理后无需加工等特点,可以带来一定的经济效益;盐浴软氮化工艺处理后几乎无变形,具有合适的表面硬度及硬度梯度,可以明显工件的耐磨性、耐蚀性和疲劳强度,可用于齿轮的表面强化处理;经对软氮化处理工艺的表面可靠性设计,在理论上此工艺对疲劳寿命提高显著。
【Abstract】 Through analyzing actuality and present problems of transmission gear on diesel engine, educed the significations of selecting subject. Due to structure peculiarity, design principle, failure form and worn examples, pointed a better method to delay fatigue life of gear surface. After researching hardening technology of gears surface, selecting soft nitrding treatment technology in fused salt. Through direct cross testing method, optimized a better treatment technology. At moment calculating fatigue life of intermediate gears after they were treated by soft nitriding treating technology, compared to testing results and found relation between theory calculation values and fatigue testing. This subject offered a theory basis for delay fatigue life of soft nitriding gears, and did technological prepare for locomotive of loading the gears running on railway.The testing results make know: a) soft nitriding treating technology in fused salt had advantages in following: its treating temperature is lower, time is short, operating is sample, no need machining after treating; b) after treating hardly deform, were to suitable surface hardness and grads, increased wearable peculiarity, corrode-resistant characteristic and fatigue intensity, may use to strengthen surface of gears; c) though reliability design for gear surface after soft nitriding in fused salt, the fatigue life of gear was increased observably.
