【摘要】 传统的板式家具的生产工艺方法，造成了大量的人力、物力、财力的浪费。在这里，作者主张把优化设计的理论方法运用到板式家具生产工艺的经济化、合理化的设计中。因为该种方法具有过程规范、步骤明确、计算快捷、结果精确的优点，适用于在板式家具生产工艺中的应用及推广。本文首先简要地阐述了优化设计的基本概念与初步理论，其次运用这些优化设计的理论对板式家具生产工艺的排料工艺、机械加工生产工艺、涂饰生产工艺、装配生产工艺等四个方面进行灵活的应用，最后利用模糊优化设计的方法进行综合的评估，从而得到一个最终的结果。进一步说明了板式家具生产工艺的经济化、合理化的研究是行得通的，具有一定的价值。本文特点是：①强调基本概念；②简化各种常用的优化设计方法的推导，文中的公式一律不加证明，只给出最终结论和一般步骤以供参考利用；③运用的优化设计方法灵活多变，以便有利于生产实际中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now the furniture factory is facing a problem that traditional technique continues to exist and be in a dominant position, consequently, manpower, material resources and money are being wasted. Obviously, more application of advanced methods of technique is in need. The concept of optimal design in furniture factory is advocated and some approaches which are expected to cause positive changes in the furniture factory are initiated.Compared with traditional technique, the advantages of optimal design lie in their process standardization, definiteness of problem solution steps, promptness in calculation and accuracy it will bring. Therefore, it has been applied widely in most other scientific research and production fields. Nevertheless it is still an infant in the furniture production technique.The thesis briefly expounds the preliminary theory of optimal design and explains the usage of it as a method to solve practical problems in the production technique. Besides, it has been used in the four factors: arrangement material technique, machining technique, paint technique, package technique. Then it gives an result as evaluation in fuzzy design. The research shows that we can draw an conclusion that optimal design is a reasonable way in panel furniture technique.Characteristic of the article: ①Emphasizing on basic conception; ②Simplify the optimal design methods, just giving the results and not proving them; ③The optimal design methods are feasible and easy to be used in practice.更多还原
