白云山制药公司的人力资源管理研究

【摘要】 本文从人力资源管理与企业战略相结合的角度,研究了白云山制药公司的人力资源管理活动。从人力资源环境分析、制定人力资源战略、进行人力资源规划、以及提高人力资源管理实践等方面,构造一个统一的人力资源战略与管理的体系。并通过大量的数据和实证,由外及内,层层深入地剖析白云山的战略是怎样影响人力资源管理的决策,以及人力资源管理实践是如何有效地支撑战略,最终目的是贏得竞争优势。 论文从分析白云山制药公司的内、外环境入手,运用SWOT分析法,分析了公司的机会和威胁、优势与劣势;进而通过考察公司“科技创新”的战略,以及开发和引入人才的人力资源战略,从而制定人力资源规划。以战略和规划为焦点,从五个方面探讨白云山的人力资源管理实践:人员招聘、人员激励、人员开发、人员考核、人员解雇。同时针对白云山人力资源活动的现状和存在的问题,提出改善的策略,包括准确及时的人员配置、重塑人力资源管理的角色、吸收新人的招聘制度、多维度激励员工、打造学习型组织、提高绩效考核的准确性等,以使白云山的人力资源管理适应企业战略的要求,有效促进企业的发展。

【Abstract】 In this article, the activities of human resource management of Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Company was studied from the combined directions of human resource management and corporation strategy. An entire system of human resource strategy and management was described, including the analysis of human resource environment, human resource strategy, human resource planning, and the improvement activities. With lots of data and examples, this paper showed how the strategy affected the decision of human resource management and how the activities supported the strategy so that the company achieved the goal gaining a competitive advantage.At first, the paper depicted the internal and external environment of Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Company, and used SWOT tool to analyze the company’s opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, the whole human resource plan was made in corresponding with the company’s strategy of science and technology innovation and the strategy of developing and drawing in talents. Focusing on the strategy and plan, this article explored practical activities of human resource management on five respects: human resource recruitment, motivation, development, performance appraisal and decruitment. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, the paper provided the improvement suggestions, such as, just-in-time talent arrangement, the new responsibility of human resource department, the system of recruiting newer, people’s motivation in many ways, the set-up of learning organization, and the optimization of performance appraisal system. Therefore, the improved human resource system will correspond to the corporation strategy and effectively speed up the development of Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Company.
