在役混凝土框架结构可靠性评估及维修加固决策研究

【摘要】 本文针对目前在役结构可靠性鉴定理论和实践方面存在的缺点和不足,引入“传力树”概念,运用模糊多级综合评判理论,用模糊层次分析法确定指标权重,进一步丰富和完善了在役结构可靠性评估模型。通过一个实际工程可靠性鉴定实例,验证了模糊综合评判方法在在役结构可靠性鉴定中应用的可行性,且具有良好的工程应用价值。 在讨论分析当前维修加固决策理论的基础上,结合在役结构维修加固方案决策理论的特点,在该领域首次运用模糊多属性决策技术,建立了在役建筑结构的维修加固方案优选模型。与以往研究的加固决策方法相比,该模型理论充分,且能把方案的模糊指标和精确指标有效地结合在一起进行计算,得到方案的模糊效用值。能综合考虑专家的经验和已有理论研究成果,且应用方便,易于编写计算机程序,可为在役建筑结构的计算机辅助维修加固专家系统提供有效的理论支持。算例计算结果表明,该决策技术切实可靠,能够指导在役结构维修加固决策实践。 本文最后一部分定义了影响在役结构耐久性的“关键构件”,提出以“关键构件”的寿命决定在役结构的剩余寿命的预测方法。首先运用结构弹塑性理论,结合在役结构的构件检测技术,提出“关键构件”的搜索方法。然后运用构件基于动态可靠度的寿命预测方法得到在役结构“关键构件”的剩余寿命,从而判定在役结构的剩余寿命。通过对一个老工业厂房结构剩余寿命的预测计算实例,证明该方法可以用来指导结构的可靠性鉴定及维修加固决策实践。

【Abstract】 This paper aims at the weakness and shortcoming of the theory on the reliability appraisal of existing stucture, introduces the concept that is called "force transmitted tree", and then applies the theory of multilevel fuzzy assessment to establish the relability appraisal model of existing structure, at the same time, employs the approach FAHP to determin the weight of index. A case is used to prove that the application of multilevel fuzzy assessment is feasible and of great practical value.Based on the discussion and analysis of the prensent theory of decision-making on structrue strengthening, the technique of fuzzy multiattribute decision-making is employed to establish the decision-making model of maintenance and strengthening of existing congstruction structure by considering the feature of the decision theory applied in existing structure. Compared with former decision-theoretic approach, this model is of strict foudation of theory and can combine the fuzzy index with accurate index of strengthening approach to operate to get the value of fuzzy avail, and also synthesizes the experience of experts and the fruit of theoretical research. Besides these, this model can be calculated by computer program and applied to practise easily, thus provides theoretical support for computer-aided decision-making system of maintenace and strengthening of existing construction structure. A case shows that the decision-making technique is credible and can be used to guide the decision-making of maintenace and strengthening of existing construction structure.The last part of this paper defines a critical member that affects the durability of existing structure, introduces the prediction methodology in which the surplus life of existing structure is determined by its critical member. Firstly, based on the structure pushover analysis and the detection result of members, a method, which looks for the critical member, is presented, then uses the prediction method of member surplus life based on dynamic reliability to determine the residual service life of existing structure. A case about a deteriorating workshop building proves that this method is effective tohelp the reliability appraisal and the identification of the maintenance and strengthening strategy of deteriorating structure
