深水墩施工平台结构分析及其施工技术研究

【摘要】 随着桥梁建设的发展,桥梁施工经常面临在深水中施工桥墩的情况,使现有施工技术面临严峻挑战。作为施工临时结构的施工平台对深水墩施工的进行有着至关重要的作用。丹江口二桥2号深水墩的钢护筒施工平台利用钢护筒作为平台支撑系统,大大节省工程造价。本文以其为研究对象,分析钢护筒施工平台力学特性,肯定了钢护筒施工平台相比其他深水墩施工平台的独特优势,并且分析利用钢护筒作为深水墩施工平台这一新技术的应用前景。同时探讨施工临时结构力学模型的建立方法,以指导施工临时结构的设计、施工与监测。 首先,本文分析现有各种深水墩施工平台的优缺点,并且借鉴相类似的深水墩桩基体系和海洋平台体系的理论来分析深水墩施工平台的受力特点。 然后,本文以丹江口二桥2号深水墩的钢护筒施工平台结构体系为研究对象,利用通用分析软件ANSYS建模,同时以土木施工力学理论为指导,运用时间冻结法对该结构体系进行施工全过程力学分析。通过分析钢护筒施工平台施工全过程,寻找施工过程中平台的最不利状态,找出钢护筒施工平台体系在施工过程中位移变形等的控制因素。特别是利用通用分析软件ANSYS的独特“生死单元”模拟施工过程。着重分析了该结构体系在施工工艺要求下的平台整体稳定,主要是长细比很大的钢护筒在施工工艺要求下稳定问题。分析了平台在动力荷载作用下的力学特点,得出了有益结论。 最后,本文分析了施工钢护筒平台的关键技术,并通过分析该结构体系的监测过程,讨论了一般临时结构的监测方法,重点是探讨了信息化施工的定义与信息化施工网络的建立方法。

【Abstract】 With the booming development of bridge construction, bridge construction often face with building bridge pier in the deep-water .It makes present construction technology of construction company of our country face with grim challenge. As a temporary construction structure, construction platform means critical importance to construction operation of deep-water pier in the construction process, construction platform of steel guide-well avail of steel guide-well as brace system in the second Danjiangkou Bridge, it great cross out project cost. This article seem it as of study object and analyze the mechanical character of construction platform of steel guide-well and especial advantage of it compared other construction platform ,and analyze the applying future of construction platform of steel guide-well avail of steel guide-well. At the same time ,the article discuss building methods of temporary construction structure to conduct design ,construction and supervision of temporary construction structure Through the research of construction platform of steel guide-well of the bridge pier in the second Danjiangkou Bridge .The article have a admirable try on methods and principles of the temporary construction structure.At first, this article introduces project profile of construction operation of steel guide-well of the bridge pier in the second Danjiangkou Bridge, and especially present research conditions and prevalent theory at home and abroad of deep-water pile platform and offshore platform that are conformable to it. Through the comparison between them ,the article summarizes some advantages and disadvantages of operation methods for construction operation and mechanics characters.Then, this article see construction platform of steel guide-well of the bridge pier in the second Danjiangkou Bridge as study object ,and apply program Ansys to build mechanical model .At the same time ,through applying the time-frozen theory to model ,the author analyze the mechanical state of the construction platform in the whole process of construction platform.Through analyzing the process of construction , the article find out the controlling state of construction platform in the whole process of construction, and find out key factors that have a great influence on the displacement and deformation of construction platform. Especially, the author avail of birth-death element function of program Ansys to sinulate and analyze the process of construction, and put emphasis on the whole stability of construction platform and steel guide-well that takeconstruction process into account .Then this article analyze the mechanical characters of construction platform when it bear the dynamic load and draw a applied conclusion.At last ,the article summarize the key technology of construction operation of construction platform of steel guide-well. And through analyzing this project example ,the article discuss the general methods and principles construction monitoring of temporary construction structure, and put emphasis on define of informational construction and building of net.
