新时期农村思想政治工作存在问题及对策的思考

【摘要】 党中央每年都要召开思想政治工作，一再强调思想政治工作的重要性和政治历史意义，但不可否认，农村思想政治工作在加强声中被忽视。农民是中国最大的社会群体，是我们党主要的群众基础，是我们党革命取得胜利的重要依靠力量，中国革命的成功就是我们党的思想政治工作取得巨大成就的明证。在新时期的社会主义现代化建设中，如果没有农民的积极参与，那么我们的一切宏伟蓝图都是空想。当前，我国农村的改革处在攻坚时期，发展处在关键时期，思想政治工作处在特别时期，改革、发展、稳定的任务十分繁重。充分发挥党的政治优势，切实做好农村思想政治工作，对促进农业的发展，维护农村的稳定，增加农民的收入，振奋农民的精神，坚定不移地推进改革和发展，具有特别重要的意义。因此新时期对农民的思想政治工作应继续得到加强。本文首先从回顾我党农村思想政治工作开篇，指出我党革命和建设的伟大成就与我党卓有成效的农村思想政治工作密不可分。我党领导人一再指出，越是改革开放，我们的思想越是容易受到冲击，越是需要加强思想政治工作。但是，一个时期，我们的思想工作特别是农村思想工作被严重忽视了，农民出现了相当程度的思想混乱和信仰危机。但是很多人还认识不到事情的严重性，还不能拿出切实有效的措施去改善当前农村思想政治工作中出现的疲软现象。所以本文着重分析了当前农村思想工作中存在的问题，进行了多角度、多层面的深入细致的探讨，并就导致问题出现的原因进行了较为客观地分析，在此基础上对如何加强和改进农村思想工作提出了几点看法和建议，比如“一手抓城市建设，一手抓乡村建设”的建议，“农村建设也要两手抓”的建议，对农民进行心理健康的测试分析和教育等。作者作为思想政治教育专业的研究生，作为从农村走出来的农民子弟，试图在加强农村思想教育方面做出自己力所能及的努力，以求起到抛砖引玉的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Party Central Committee will convene ideological political work every year , emphasizes political historical meaning and the importance of ideological political work time and again, but not whether accept , rural ideological political merit had been overlooked in strengthening sound. Peasant is the oldest social group of China, is the foundation of the masses of our major party, is that our party revolutionary success that gets winning important support strength and has grown revolution is the ideological political working clear proof of our party that gets huge achievement. In the socialist modernization of new period if have no peasant participate in actively, so, our all magnificent scheme is idle dream. Now, the reform of the rural of our country is in to assault fortified positions for period, develops to be in crucial period , is ideological and political to work to be in special period , reforms and develops , steady task very heavy. Develop the political advantage of party fully , make rural ideological political work conscientiously , inspire the spirit of peasant for promoting agricultural development and defending the steady income of rural, that increases peasant , do not move firmly land carry reform and development forward , have especially important meaning. Therefore in new period, the ideological political work for peasant should get continuously to strengthen. This paper first opens since looking back my party rural ideological political work, points out that the fruitful rural ideological political work of my party and the great achievement of construction and my party revolution is dense to can’t divide. My party leader points out time and again, the more reforming and opening up to the outside world and our thought get impact the more easily, need to strengthen ideological political work the more. But in a period, our ideological working especially rural ideological work has been serious to have overlooked , peasant has arisen the ideological disorderly and faith crisis of considerable level. But many persons still know the seriousness that does not go to matter, can not still take practical effective measure to improve the weak phenomenon that appears now in rural ideological political work. So, this paper has analyzed the existent problem with obvious comparison in current rural ideological work emphatically and has gone on , is further careful to discuss , andfor the reason that causes problem to appear have gone on analyses relatively objectively, on this foundation as how to strengthen and improve rural ideological work, have suggested that a few compares pertinent view and suggestion, especially the suggestion of a " hand grab city construction, a hand grab village construction ", the suggestion of " rural construction also want dual tactics grab ", true is aim at very in time the bad symptom of a trend that the village of economic growth of middle peasant arises now carry out enlighten the benighted shout, make one fresh.更多还原
