煤气平衡认证分析系统应用软件的研究与开发

【摘要】 煤气是工业生产中重要的产品和燃料，是宝贵的能源资源。因此，如何尽可能的减少煤气计量系统的的计量误差，当计量系统出现故障导致煤气的总发生量与总消耗量失去平衡时，如何合理的平衡各种煤气的总发生量与总消耗量，科学的认证各个煤气用户的煤气消耗量，成为一项意义重大的研究和开发课题。 本文以某钢铁集团公司为背景，建立了一个煤气平衡认证分析系统。该系统通过使用网络数据库采集各煤气用户的相关历史数据，建立了用户消耗模型；通过综合考虑消耗模型数据、历史数据、故障诊断设置和煤气计量管理文件，提出了一种新的煤气自动平衡认证的方法，实现了高炉煤气、焦炉煤气、混合煤气和转炉煤气的自动分类平衡；通过在线获取煤气检测点的实时数据，实现了煤气热值和密度的软测量；通过分析比较检测点的实时数据，建立了一种新颖的虚拟仪表，能够在线显示实时数据、检测流量计算公式的参数设置、检测测量装置的量程配置和辅助现场操作人员校正仪表量程；通过建立Web服务器，实现了煤气平衡认证过程的公开化和透明化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gas is not only an important product and fuel in industrial production, but also a valuable energy resource as well. Therefore, it has been a significant and important item in researching and developing mat how to minimize the error of the measure system and , when gas’ total outputs and consumes lost balance resulting from errors occurring in the gas metering system , how to rationally balance all sorts gas’ total outputs and consumes and scientifically attest of the amount of gas that users have consumed.This paper presents an attestation and analysis system for the gas balance based on some steel company. In the system, by collecting the gas customers’ relational historical data using a network-database, a consumption model is established. By comprehensive using the consumption model data, the historical data, the fault diagnosis and the files of gas measure management, a new technique of the automatic attestation for the gas balance is put forward, and then the automatic balances of blast furnace gas, burnt stove coal gas, mixed gas and converter coal gas are realized respectively adopting the technique. By collecting the on-line real time data, soft measurement of density and calorific value of gas is implemented. By analyzing and comparing the on-line real time data of each measure point, a original virtual instrument is be put up, which is capable of displaying the on-line real time data, verifying the formula of computing the flow of gas, testing the measure quantity one of the device , and helping the on-the-spot operators to emend the measure quantity one of the device as well as.
