膝关节骨性关节炎的研究进展

【摘要】 骨关节炎(OA)是由多种原因引起的与关节软骨完整性受损有关的临床体征的一组症候群，是老年人最常见的一种关节疾病，危害老年人健康，并给社会带来沉重负担。随着世界及我国社会人口老龄化的加速，OA越来越成为医患乃至社会关注的焦点话题。 本文在广泛参阅大量文献的基础上，试对膝关节OA的流行病学、基础临床研究、及治疗等作一综述，以期加深对该病的认识，并就本病的研究、治疗等现状，尤其是中医药方面提出一些问题及展望，供各位师长和同道商榷及探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Osteoarthritis is one most common joint disease in old people, which clinical character is the integrity of joint cartilage be destroyed. Now OA has become a focus problem for patient, doctor and society.This recapitulation reviewed systematically the literature about knee OA, including its epidemiology, basic and clinical study and all kinds of its therapy. And also we provide some problems about current position of the treatment and research of knee OA to discuss with teachers, especially the role of TCM.更多还原
