【摘要】 管理信息系统是伴随信息技术、计算机技术、网络技术和工业控制技术的发展而出现的新概念。而智能建筑也是同样伴随以上主要技术的发展而产生的新鲜事物。实现智能楼宇管理信息系统的集成将会给人们带来一个令人心动的未来：数字城市、智能小区将无处不在地伴随人类的工作、学习、生活等。本文正是在这样的环境下，通过对实现智能楼宇管理信息系统集成的关键技术开展系统的研究，同时把技术发展和管理工作的实际相结合，完成江苏盐业综合楼的楼宇管理信息系统集成总体规划。 本文的主要内容包括： 1、智能楼宇设备控制网络集成的研究。通过对工控技术发展的研究，提出基于以太网的应用是实现楼宇设备各子系统与中央控制主机连接作为未来楼宇智能化发展的主要方向。 2、管理数据库与实时数据库之间数据交换接口的研究。通过对数据库以及不同数据库之间开放互连技术的研究，解决智能楼宇物业(设施)管理管理数据库与实时控制数据库的开放互连问题。 3、一体化集成的系统网络结构设计。通过对应用软件体系结构的研究，阐述如何进行基于Internet／Intranet环境下应用系统集成的开发，实现整个智能楼宇信息资源的合理共享和分配，提高大楼设备(设施)管理的工作效率，降低设备运行及维护的费用。 总之，本文通过对智能楼宇系统集成的必要性、技术发展和现场运用的深入研究，对我国目前物业设施(设备)管理率先在设备管理工程领域实现“控制-维修—管理一体化”具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management information system is a new concept to accompany with the development of information technique, computer technique, network technique and industry control technique. As to intelligent building, it is also fresh thing accompany with above main technical development. Realizing the intelligent building management information system integrated will bring public the exciting future that Digit City, Intelligent Resident Area will have no a the place do not accompany with human work, study, life. ..etc.. Exactly under such environment, the article, by researching key technique of realizing integrated intelligent building management information system, gathered the manage experiences and the technique development at the same time, completes the engineering project’s programming of Integrated Services Building of Jiangsu Salt Group, LTD.The main contents of this thesis includes:1. Research on the integration of the intelligent building equipments control network. Through researching to control technique development of industry field, put forward the application of the Ethernet is a main development direction of realizing integration among all equipments of intelligent building.2. Research on data exchange interface of management database with the real time database. By studying database development and technique of different database connecting with each other, resolve the problem about management database of intelligent building facilities opening and connecting with real time control database.3. The integral system network construction design. With the structural research in applied software, expatiating how to proceed to applied system integration based on Internet/ Intranet, realize resources of integratedintelligent building management information share, increasing the work efficiency of the building equipments (facilities) management, lower the cost of running and maintenance.In a word, with deep gathering to the necessity, technique development of intelligent building system integration and researching use, it is important for facilities (equipments) management work to take the lead in realizing "control- maintenance - management integration" in the equipments engineering realm in China.更多还原
