我国高新技术企业技术创新发展模式研究

【摘要】 增强我国高新技术企业的竞争力，提升技术创新能力，选择合适的技术创新发展模式具有很大的现实意义。本文在对我国高新技术产业及其技术创新能力现状分析的基础上，具体研究了我国高新技术企业各种技术创新发展模式的运用情况，并提出了相关改善促进模式实施效果环境因素的建议。 首先立足于技术创新原理，阐述了技术创新与经济和企业发展之间的联系；运用相关模型对技术创新过程和实现企业技术进步途径进行解析，指出了企业实施技术创新方式的多样性以及选择正确发展模式的重要性。从企业获得核心技术的层面上，对六种主要技术创新发展模式：率先型技术创新、模仿创新、孵化创新、合作创新、能力移植型创新以及产业协作型创新的含义、特点以及实施方式分别进行了分析。并结合国内不同行业有代表性的企业案例，研究了各种创新方式在我国运用情况。其中“基于契约合作的技术外包发展的技术创新模式”是作者在市场调研中发现、提炼出来的一种新型发展模式；本文通过深圳成殷高新技术有限公司的案例，对这种创新模式的特点、发展过程和实施结果做了详细的跟踪调查和分析研究；从而对以成殷高新为代表的中小型民营高技术企业发展模式的研究获得了初步成果。最后就本论文的分析结果提出了相关的改善促进创新模式在我国高新技术企业实施效果环境因素的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is deeply essential for hi-tech firms to increase competence and ability of technological innovation through selecting suitable model. On the base of research of the hi-tech industry and hi-tech firms’ innovative ability in China, this essay analyses the applying effect of various technological innovation development models in Chinese hi-tech firms and brings forward strategies about optimizing environment of boosting up the technological innovative ability of Chinese hi-tech firms.First, according to the principle of technological innovation theory, the author expounds the relationship between technological innovation and development of firms. With using correlated models, the process of technological innovation and the way of realizing corporations’ technological improvement are parsed, and thus diversity of innovation ways that hi-tech firms carry out and the importance of correct modes that firms select are pointed out. From the level that firms getting the core technology, six main development modes, which are leading technological innovation, modeling innovation, hatching innovation, corporative innovation, ability transferring innovation and industry collaborating innovation, are compared and analyzed from their meanings, characters and applying effect. Among them, the mode of technology outsourcing development depending on contractual cooperation is a new mode that is found and extracted by the author through investigation in market. Finally, the paper also points out some suggestions that could help China enhance the quality of innovation environment to promote firms’ innovation abilities.更多还原
