高温粗锌液流量的在线检测及应用

【摘要】 在锌的精馏过程中,液态粗锌从熔化炉加入到铅塔这个过程的流量是一个关键的技术参数。粗锌液流量稳定与否,是影响精馏塔寿命以及锌产品产量和质量的最重要因素之一;同时,它对有价金属的回收率也将产生很大的影响。 本文以韶关冶炼厂粗锌液流量为研究对象,提出了一种基于软测量技术的高温粗锌液流量的检测方法——称重法。以粗锌液的重量作为辅助变量,根据流体力学理论建立了流量与重量之间的非线性数学模型。在此理论基础上,自行开发了基于模型的粗锌液流量智能检测仪。论文首先介绍了课题的基本情况、软测量技术及称重法建模。然后重点介绍了以89C52为核心的粗锌液流量检测仪的设计、主机、子机通信方案设计和差错控制方法。最后着重介绍了系统的一些可靠性技术和设计系统的一些经验。 本文的研究内容和结果主要体现在以下几个方面: 1、提出了基于软测量技术的粗锌液流量称重法建模方法。 2、详细地介绍了以89C52单片机为核心的锌液流检测仪的开发,介绍了流量模型的建立和修正策略。 3、主机应能很好地控制多台子机,关键技术在于通信接口的可靠性、通信协议的好坏以及差错控制方式。本文在主、子机RS-485通信和差错控制方面作了一些探讨。 4、结合实际情况,介绍了微机控制系统的一些抗干扰措施。 5、用VC++语言设计、开发监控软件,包括界面和数据库。 本系统设计方案合理、建模方法先进、可靠性高、人机界面友好、操作方便,具有广泛的工业应用。

【Abstract】 During the course of rectifying zinc, the fluid of coarse liquid zinc put into Pb column from furnace works as a key technical parameter. Whether the fluid of coarse liquid zinc is steady or not is one of the most important factors that influence the life of distillation column and the output and quality of product. Meanwhile, it also much affects the recovery rate of valuable metals. In this paper, the fluid of coarse liquid zinc in Shaoguan Smeltery is investigated and a new soft sensor method-weighing method is proposed. We look upon the weight of coarse liquid zinc as Secondary variable and get the model between flow and weight based on hydrodynamic theory. Then we design an instrument to measure the fluid of coarse liquid zinc based on the mathematical model.Firstly, we introduce the basic circs of the project, soft sensor method and the theory of weighing method. Then we mainly discuss the design of each of the meter which is based on 89C52 single-chip, the communication project and error control method. In the end, some experiences about the reliability technology in designing system are mainly presented. The main work and research results in this paper include the following:1. We propose a soft sensor method -weighing method.2.This paper detailedly discusses the design of the instrument which is used to measure the fluid of coarse liquid zinc based on 89C52 single-chip. We emphasize how to build the fluid of coarse liquid zinc mathematical model and how to modify the parameters.3.Single host computer should be designed to successfully control several client single-chip. The key technology depends on the reliability of the communication interface, the property of the communication protocol and the error control method. We do some research in RS-485 communication and error controlling methods.4. According to the practice, we present the anti-jamming measures and some experiences in designing system in details in this paper.5.We design the supervision software of the host computer by VC++, including the interface and databaseThe system has advantages including reasonable scheme, advanced modeling method, convenience of realization, friendly man-machine interface and operating convenience. It is worthy of being popularized.
