压力容器参数式CAPP系统的研究和实现

【摘要】 本文在研究压力容器制造工艺参数化的基础上,采用CAPP的工作原理和专家系统的设计方法,综合检索式、派生式和创成式CAPP的特点,以实用为研究目标,按照软件工程的设计思想,设计实现了一个压力容器参数式CAPP系统。 本文主要的研究内容如下: (1) 研究压力容器工艺信息的参数化表示方法,分析工艺参数的获取途径,实现工艺内容的参数化设计;同时研究并实现工时定额的自动生成。 (2) 研究压力容器的展开算法,实现由设计参数驱动的工艺规格参数的自动生成。 (3) 研究压力容器的编码,分析基于事例的知识表达及推理,实现基于编码和推理的工艺内容的自动生成;设计基于焊接规则的计算机推定模型,实现焊接工艺的自动生成。 (4) 研究信息集成与数据集成,实现系统的全自动化的信息和数据的处理。 (5) 研究关系数据库技术在压力容器制造工艺中的应用,建立一个实用的包含压力容器设计信息和制造工艺信息的关系数据库系统。 系统通过编码模块和推理模块实现零件的工艺内容的推理和决策,通过设计参数驱动获得工艺规格参数,在创建产品工艺的时候既可以提高工艺编制效率又能避免人工输入出现的差错,有效地优化了数据库资源,缩短了产品生产的周期,提高了产品的质量,实现了在整个设计过程中数据的完整性、统一性,为企业整个信息系统的统一优化管理提供了有利保证。 系统具有参数化设计、智能化推理、全自动的信息和数据集成的特点。系统研究并采用的参数化设计和设计参数驱动工艺规格参数的自动获取的方法、以及实现数据的集成,为企业未来定制CAPP系统的开发提供一个可扩展性平台,对结构上具有很大的相似性、设计参数作为整个系统核心的产品的CAPP系统设计均具有一定的适用性和参考价值。目前,该系统已经成功应用于浙江菲达科技环保有限公司压力容器的工艺设计中,并取得了较为满意的效果。

【Abstract】 Based on the research of the parametric manufacture technics of the pressure vessel. The woking principle of CAPP and design method of the expert system are also applied into the system design, which synthesize the characteristic of searches CAPP> derive CAPP and creative CAPP. According to the thought of the software project design, a parametric CAPP system of pressure vessel in practice is designed and realized.The main research content of this paper includes five sections, as follow:(1) Study the expression method of the technics information of the pressure vessel, analyse the obtaining way of the technics parameter, realize the parametric design of technics content and the automatic generation of the hour norm.(2) Study the expansion algorithm of the pressure Vessel, realize the automatical generation of the technology specification parameter driven by the design parameter(3) To realize the automatical generation of technology contents based on code and reasoning, research the code of the pressure Vessel and analyse the knowledge expression and reasoning based on pattern.To realize the automatical generation of the welds technology , design the computer infer models based on the weld regular.(4) Research the integration of data and system, to realize automatical processing of information and data of the system.(5) Make a research on the application of the relation technology, which is applied in the manufacture technics of the pressure vessel, and build an applied relation database, which includes design information and manufacture technics information of the pressure vessel.The system realizes the reasoning and decision-making of the technology content using code module and reasoning module. Taking of the technology specification parameter driven by the design parameter, prevent from the mistake of artificial input , improve the technology workout efficiency as well as while establishing products technology. Have optimized resources of the data base, shortenned the cycle for production, and improved the quality of the products. Have realized the integrality and unity of the data in the whole designprocess, Have offered the favorable assurance for unity optimum management of the whole information systems of enterprises.The system has characteristic of intelligent reasoning, parameter designing, automatical information and data integration, researching and adopting the method of parameter design method and automatical taking technology specification parameter driven by the design parameter in this system, the whole design thoughtway of the system have certain suitability and reference value for the design of CAPP systems of products that are similar in the structure and the design parameter is regarded as the kernel of the whole system. At present, the system is successfully used in the pressure Vessel technology design of a enterprise, and has gained the comparatively satisfied result.
