电火花线切割CAD/CAM集成系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 电火花线切割加工自诞生以来,获得了迅速的发展。特别是近十年来,由于数控技术、脉冲电源、机床设计等方面的不断进步,线切割机的加工功能及加工指标均比以前有较大的提高。近年来随着模具工业的飞速发展,电火花线切割加工在机械、电子、电机、仪表、汽车等大中型企业中得到了更加广泛的应用,被誉为“带动八十年代机床工业发展的先导机种”。 然而,目前应用的电火花线切割自动编程软件还存在很多缺陷,如几何造型的功能不够强大、兼容性差、应用程序适应的操作系统比较落后和对复杂二维封闭图形的处理存在困难以及加工仿真方面功能不足等等问题,严重制约了线切割加工生产效率的提高。 本文针对国内电火花线切割加工的现状,研究了电火花线切割中的CAD/CAM集成的关键技术问题,主要包括:电火花线切割加工中基于图形和图像的零件建模技术、自动编程中的若干关键技术和加工仿真技术等,利用CAD/CAM集成技术和AutoCAD的二次开发工具——ObjectARX2000研究开发了一套应用软件,该软件充分利用了AutoCAD2000强大的几何造型功能,通过命令和菜单的定制,达到了以AutoCAD内部命令的方式实现电火花线切割自动编程和加工仿真功能的目的,解决了当前电火花线切割自动编程软件存在的缺陷,能够满足当前制造业迫切的应用需求,又可为新一代标准化的CAD/CAM集成系统在设计方法和关键技术上进行有益的探索。 目前,该软件已经投入到浙江大学工程培训中心的使用中,作为浙江大学电火花线切割二维创新设计DNC平台的重要组成部分,将原有的普通线切割实验集成为深受学生欢迎,具有系统性、综合性和创新性的二维创新设计数控线切割工艺实验,在教学实习中得到了充分的应用,其实用价值在实践中得到了强有力的证明。

【Abstract】 WEDM has been developed rapidly since its beginning. Along with the development of numerical control technology, pulse power supply and machine design technology, the function and capability of WEDM has been developed greatly since the past ten years. As the mould industry developing at a very fast speed, WEDM, which has got extensive applies to the industry of machine-driven, electronic, motor, instrument and automobile, is praised to be the forerunner of machine tool industry in 1980’s.However, there are many flaws in the automatic programming software applied now, the function of their geometry formative technique isn’t powerful enough, and depends still on backward operation system, furthermore, it’s difficult for them to deal with image, and the function of simulative cutting isn’t powerful enough too.Based on the research on existing situation, this thesis has researched the key technology applied in the integrated CAD/CAM system of WEDM. The main content is as following, the modeling technology of machine parts based on drawing and image, some key technology of automatic programming in WEDM, and simulative cutting technology, using the integrated CAD/CAM technology and the tool of VC++ ,as well as ObjectARX in the platform of AutoCAD to develop a set of software, this software customized a serial of menu and commands which can be used in AutoCAD as its internal commands, settled the problems in automatic programming software applied now and met the machining industry. Furthermore, this thesis has also explored the design method and key technology of new standardization of integrated CAD/CAM system.The software of WEDM has been put in practice as the platform of 2D innovative design in WEDM of Zhejiang University. It integrates the former normal WEDM experiment into a welcomed 2D innovative design experiment and proved to be good software with applied value.
