【摘要】 随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立和不断完善，特别是成功加入WTO(世界贸易组织)后，我国企业与世界经济融合的速度越来越快，国内竞争的国际化已经成为不可阻挡的趋势。中国企业，尤其是大中型企业所面临的市场竞争压力也越来越大。在以信息、技术、知识为特征的知识经济时代，人力资本已经成为经济发展的主要推动力量，更是推动企业腾飞的关键性资源。 本文运用人力资本理论，分析了目前影响我国企业人力资本投资优化组合的各种因素，通过实证研究总结了企业在人力资本投资过程中的经验和教训。为了建立科学、规范的人力资本投资体系，提高企业在市场上，尤其是国际市场上的竞争力，必须对企业人力资本投资体系进行优化组合，建立有中国特色的企业人力资本投资体系。为此，本文对企业人力资本及企业人力资本优化组合的含义重新作了定义，并对我国企业人力资本优化组合的解决方案进行了深入探讨和科学论证。同时，还提出应以发展的眼光，实事求是地分析这个动态过程，为企业人力资本投资优化组合提供科学的依据，从而实现企业的稳定发展，促进国民经济的持续、快速增长。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the establishment and development of market economic system gradually, especially after we enter WTO (World Trade Organization) successfully, the speed to mix up with world economy for Chinese enterprises has become more and more quickly. Lt becomes an irresistible trend for domestic competitive becoming internationalization. The competitive pressure that Chinese enterprises (especially for large and middle enterprises) face would be more and more greatly .In the new era that characterized by information, technology and knowledge, human capital must become the main driving force for the growth of economy, and even become an important resource for the development of Chinese enterprises.The thesis analyzes all kinds of factors that influence optimization combination of human investment of Chinese enterprises by theory of human capital. And it also sums up some experience and lessons of human capital of Chinese enterprises by analyzing two kinds of examples. In order to build up scientific and standard system of human capital investment, to improve competitive capability of enterprises on market, especially on world market, the system of human capital investment of Chinese enterprises must be improved and combined. In this way, we can establish the system of human capital investment characterized by China .So the thesis is to explain some related concepts again, such as human capital investment of enterprises and optimization combination of human investment of enterprises, to put forward and demonstrate some ways to optimization combination of human investment of Chinese enterprises scientifically. At the same time, we’d better analyze practically the dynamic process in a developing sight .I expect that those would provide scientific basis for human investment of Chinese enterprises, which can realize our enterprises to develop steadily and promote national economy to increase quickly.更多还原
