膨化纤维制缓冲包装材料研究

【摘要】 本研究采用木材纤维为原料,通过湿法发泡使植物纤维在水混合态中搅拌引起帚化,加入胶粘剂使纤维定向、结合,后加入表面活性剂与胶粘剂在搅拌的条件下,形成很多小汽室从而达到体积增大的目的,然后通过合适的干燥工艺使液膜破裂过程中保持小室结构,使材料具有开孔小室结构从而有一定的机械强度与缓冲性能的方法。湿法膨化制缓冲包装材料的特点是以开放空隙为主达到填充空间的目的。通过湿法膨化干燥的方法制得可降解的包装新材料,密度为17~40kg/m~3对马尾松机械浆:该试验样品在表面压力为200kg/m~2下不变形。成本为263元/m~3 分析了制造缓冲包装材料基本方法与现状提出了一种新的膨化方法。用正交试验法对膨化过程各助剂的用量和过程进行分析,对各种纤维复配的比例对膨化后密度和强度的综合作用进行分析。经验证实验证明可以达到效果。 使用扫描电镜、TGA、红外光谱、XPS等现代分析手段对材料的结构性状进行了分析,得到了初步的分析结果。证明新材料中化合均匀、结构合理。 该产品经室外放置六个月变褐色,开始降解,并失去机械强度。证明新材料保持了天然纤维的降解特性。 经过系统论证,湿法膨化制缓冲包装材料的方法是构造缓冲材料的新方法,具有一定的经济性和实用性,有一定的工业化价值。
【Abstract】 In this paper a new cushiony package material making was put forwarded. It used wood fiber as raw material, mix and stir it in water and cause the plant fiber brooming. Then add adhesive to make wood fiber orientate, combine with each other to form a new web structure. Surface-active agent and adhesive were added to form little gas rooms by stirring and increase plant fiber in volume. Suitable dry technology was adopted to make liquid film break, meanwhile keep the little room structure, that is ,to make material have open-cell structures and a certain mechanical intensity and buffer performances. The characteristic of this new kind of foam-dilating and dry cushiony package material is to fill space with open-cell web structures, which used the mechanical pulp of pine as material and it can be degraded. The density is 17~40 kg/m 3, with little elastic deformation at the surface pressure of more than 200 kg/m and the cost is 263 yuan /m 3.The basic methods of producing cushiony package material and the current situation were discussed, and put forward a new method. The quantity of the auxiliary, the experimental course, the relationship between the ratio of plant fibers after and the comprehensive functions of the plant fiber’s intensity and density were verified, which proved that this technology was practical. The structure properties of material were analyzed through scanning electron microscope, TGA, infrared spectrum, XPS, etc.. The preliminary analysis results proved that its chemical combination was even and the structure was rational.After being kept outside room for six months, this product turned brown, began to degrade, and lost mechanical intensity, which showed that the new material had the degradation characteristic of the natural fiber. By being analyzed systematically, it was proved to be a new method to make the cushiony package material, which had a certain economic, practical and industrial value. The characteristics of this new cushiony package material by means of foam-dilating and drying is not only to combine wood fiber with glues that guaranteed that the mechanical intensity meet the demand, but also to fill space with open-cell structures so as to reduce the density to that of foamed polystyrene which was used originally, while lowering costs. Under the advantage of environmental protection, it was worth popularizing.
