转向买方市场中的厂商关系研究

【摘要】 厂商关系问题是市场运行中的一个重要问题。本文总结了供应商与零售商几种不同的关系类型,并以我国为例分析了零售商对供应商具有市场支配力量的三种表现形式,探讨了现代零售商具有市场支配力量的四个来源,即组织力量、信息力量、对消费者的诱导力量以及渠道力量。文章在确立衡量厂商关系理想与否的福利经济学标准假定基础上,对市场经济中的单边垄断、双边垄断以及纵向一体化的非理想的厂商关系模式进行了分析,进而提出了理想厂商关系模式的主要特征及模式。根据本文的分析给出了调整向买方市场转变中的厂商关系的经济政策建议。

【Abstract】 The firms’ relationship is an important issue of economy. This dissertation summarizes some types of relationship. And three kinds of representation that modern retailers dominate suppliers are summed up. Then I probe into the sources of power that modern retailers dominate suppliers in the following chapter, such as the strength of organization, information, channel and the advantage to induce consumers. In the forth chapter, I put forward the welfare criterion that judge if the firms’ relationship is ideal or not, and then analyze the mode of unilateral monopoly, bilateral monopoly and vertical integration according to this criterion. The main characters of ideal relationship between suppliers and retailers are brought forward. On the basis of analysis, some pieces of economic policy are advised to adjust the firms’ relationship during the period turning to buyer’ market.
